Kate Hudson Sued For Stealing a Secret
Kate Hudson is being sued for allegedly stealing a secret hair care ingredient.The actress has been accused by Los Angeles company 220 Laboratories of making a verbal deal to promote a line of hair care products before taking the special component and giving it to a competitor.
In the lawsuit filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, 220 Laboratories claim Kate took the idea of using volcanic ash from the Vanuatu Islands in the South Pacific and gave it to David Babaii for Wildaid.
Kate, 29, has promoted a line of products for the David Babaii brand in a video, on TV and during interviews.
Both the ‘Fools Gold’ actress and Babaii – a celebrity stylist whose clients include Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Uma Thurman, Scarlett Johannson and Gwyneth Paltrow – work with Wildaid.
Wildaid is a charity that is working to end illegal trade in wildlife.
Kate has denied the accusations, insisting she has never met anyone from 220 Laboratories.
Her publicist Brad Cafarelli said: “Kate and her attorneys are only just learning of the complaint as Kate has not yet been served. Kate does not know the plaintiffs and has never met with them or spoken with them. Her representatives believe that the claims are baseless and without merit and intend to vigorously defend the lawsuit.”
220 Laboratories is suing Kate, Babaii and rival company, Universal Packing Systems, for fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and breach of confidence. The suit seeks unspecified damages.
Kate Hudson Wants Owen Wilson AGAIN
Kate Hudson is reportedly trying to reconcile with Owen Wilson.The ‘Fool’s Gold’ actress is said to have been bombarding the ‘Wedding
Crashers’ star with phone calls since her split from cyclist Lance Armstrong
last month, and although her old flame initially wasn’t interested, he is
now considering rebuilding their relationship for a third time.
A source said: "He was frosty at first. He felt betrayed when she dumped him
for his friend Lance. But after a while, he caved in and has been sweet to
her.”
The pair first dated in 2006 after meeting on the set of ‘You, Me and
Dupree’.
Owen attempted suicide soon after their break-up in June 2007 after pictures
emerged of Kate kissing new love Dax Shephard. They enjoyed a brief
reconciliation earlier this year. Although the pair look set to rekindle
their love, Owen’s friends are worried the comic star will have his heart
broken again.
The insider added to Star magazine: “It's not fair to Owen,
because he really cares for her and ends up getting hurt."
Kate Hudson Has Already Found New Meat
Kate Hudson reportedly has a new boyfriend – just days after breaking upwith Lance Armstrong.
The ‘Fools Gold’ star - who ended her three-month romance with the
36-year-old cyclist this week - has been seen with a new man, her former
hockey star ex-boyfriend Eric Lindros.
A source told celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton: "Kate and Eric have
been holed up at her parents’ house in Muskoka, Canada.
“She went there immediately after she and Lance ended things."
However, a source close to the 35-year-old former NHL hockey player insists
he and Kate are just friends.
The source said: “Kate and Eric are just friends. Their families have known
each other for 15 to 20 years and they both have cottages around the corner
from each other.
“Eric is seeing somebody else, and he and Kate have been close friends for
years and years.
“Nothing is going on, other than them bumping into each other up North. They
didn’t go up together, nor are staying at each other’s places.”

The lovebirds stayed at Mom Goldie Hawn's cabin in Canada this past weekend. Yesterday for Father's Day Kate's son Ryder (4) had brunch with his father Chris Robinson and new man Lance (People).
Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong spent Father’s Day with their respective
children and Kate’s ex-husband Chris Robinson on Sunday (15.06.08).
The new couple took Kate’s four-year-old son Ryder and Lance’s children,
eight-year-old Luke and twin six-year-old daughters Isabelle and Grace, to
Frankie’s 457 restaurant in New York where they then met up with Ryder’s
father Chris and his new girlfriend.
The group split into two taxis to travel from Kate’s apartment to the
Brooklyn restaurant.
A source said: “There was a boys' cab and a girls' cab. Ryder went with
Lance. He was very comfortable with Lance. He ran right towards him!
“They were corralling all these kids together. It was really about the kids.
Then they all celebrated Father's Day together.”
The group left after spending two hours in the eatery.
Kate has refused to confirm she is dating cycling champion Lance, who she
met through ex-boyfriend Owen Wilson.
When quizzed about the rumored romance by talk show host Barbara
Walters, Kate would only say: “You should ask him if we're dating!”
Kate Hudson is Purple Hot

speculate as much as they want to speculate. Opening up only causes more
problems and more words taken out of context. Everything is always
misconstrued."

Anne Hathaway gave Steve Carrell pink eye when they kissed in new movie ‘GetSmart’.
The 25-year-old beauty – who stars as Agent 99 in the spy comedy – said she
was suffering from itchy eyes when she filmed a particularly raunchy scene
with her co-star Steve.
She said: “There was a health scare last year and a certain contact
solution, I won’t say the name of it but it was the one that I use - gave
you conjunctivitis. I also had a sinus infection at the same time. So I had
to go up to Steve, my eye is red, puffy and dripping green - I’m snotty and
I’m just like 'Come here!' "

However, Anne revealed she was unaware she had pink eye – more commonly
known as conjunctivitis – and was forced to ring the film’s producer Alex
Gartner to warn him.
She added to ‘Fox News’: “I told Alex, ‘You might want to call Steve and let
him know I had pink eye and my tears kind of got in my mouth, so he might
want to worry about that!’
“But I'd do the kiss again in a heartbeat!”
