Lindsay Needs Her Adderall

So is Linday Lohan about to bail from the Betty Ford clinic because doctors there have cut off her Adderall supply?

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ... doctors at the rehab center evaluated Lindsay this week and decided she does NOT need her Addy pills, despite Lindsay's claims she suffers from ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).​

We're told Betty Ford's doctors almost NEVER give anyone over the age of 15 the powerful drug, because the docs believe there are plenty of substitute meds for ADHD that do the trick without the addictive qualities inherent in the drug. And, we're told, the doctors are well aware many people -- especially Hollywood types -- misuse Adderall as a weight-control drug.

Here's the immediate problem ... Lindsay is telling her friends she CANNOT stay at Betty Ford and wants to be moved to another facility

Lindsay Lohan Will Not Stay Without Adderall

According to sources, Lindsay Lohan refuses to take a substitute for Adderall and will bounce from the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach if she can't have her precious Adderall.

TMZ reports: Lindsay will do her 90 days of rehab at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY. An official source at the Center tells TMZ although they allow people to take drugs prescribed by a doctor, they are suspicious of Adderall because of its many abuses -- lots of people say they take it for ADHD, when they're really using it for weight loss and getting high. As for Lindsay -- who's been a hard-core Adderall user for years -- she's telling friends she absolutely refuses to take an Adderall substitute. She says she's tried other meds and Adderall is the only Rx that works for her.

Umm… Lindsay Lohan ARRESTED !

Ummm. so let me get this straight. Lindsay Lohan was arrested for punching a woman at a NYC nightclub at 4 AM!!! Yep -- she rolls HARD!!!

Our sources say Lohan was at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of argument with a female patron and it became physical. We're told cops came and arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting her.

Law enforcement tells us prior to the fight words were exchanged between Lindsay and the woman as they sat in separate booths near each other. Lindsay said something to the effect of, "Give me my space." Some time passed and then, for some reason, Lindsay allegedly punched the girl in the left side of her face.

Lohan bounced as a passenger in a car, but was intercepted by cops!!! And then they made the ARREST. Lindsay was booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and must show up to court at a later date. Poor Linds had t endure a few hours before being released. Investigators returned to the "crime scene" to gather security footage of the alleged fight.
