Lost Mugshots

Actresses Michelle Rodriquez, 27 and Cynthia Watros, 37 were taken into custody on the island of Oahu for DUI on Thursday. The "Lost" stars were arrested within 15 minutes of each other after cops spotted them in separate cars on Pali Highway in Hawaii.

Check out these mugshots. Watros looks blazed out of her mind. No wonder they both failed their field sobriety tests!

Apparently, Rodriquez violated her probation and could serve jail time.

Rodriguez pleaded no contest last June to three misdemeansors, stemming from two separate incidents. In one case, she was charged with DUI; the other case involved hit and run. Rodriguez was placed on probation for three years. TMZ

Brad Pitt Adopts Angelina Jolie’s Kids

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are one step closer to becoming an official family. On Friday a legal petition was filed in L.A. on to change the children's names to Maddox Jolie-Pitt and Zahara Jolie-Pitt.

Brad Pitt, already considered Daddy for Angie's kids Maddox, 4 and Zahara, 10 months is making it official with the adoption. Pitt's publicist confirmed the adoption in a written statement to the press:

"We are confirming that Brad Pitt is in the process of becoming the adoptive father of both children," the statement said. "No further comment is being made."

In Touch magazine reveals that the couple is expected to marry any day now and have already drawn up a prenuptial agreement, primarily to benefit the children.

Supposedly the prenup was completed during the Thanksgiving holiday.

"Brad loves them dearly and wants to be apart of their lives no matter what happens in the future", a source says.

Kate Moss Says Pete Doherty Makes Her Sick

Kate Moss has reportedly begged on/off lover Pete Doherty to leave her alone - and says he makes her "sick".

The supermodel has severed all ties with the wild Babyshambles rocker - and is furious he is allegedly set to reveal all in a kiss and tell newspaper deal.

The singer is also thought to be considering co-operating on a book about their troubled romance.

Kate - who recently left the US rehab centre where she was being treated following her cocaine scandal - is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "He's a user in every sense of the word. He makes me sick."

She added: "Yes, I loved him, but I was taken in by his little boy lost routine. He has nearly cost me everything.

"Now he's out to exploit our time together. It's clear he doesn't care about me and has no respect for our relationship."

The 31-year-old beauty ditched Pete on Wednesday (11.30.05) after learning he had been arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.
