JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY paid tribute to the first Latina U.S. Supreme Court Justice SONIA SOTOMAYOR on Monday night (17Aug09), by hosting a dinner in her honor.

  Lopez and Sotomayor - who was sworn in on 8 August (09) - share the same Bronx, New York upbringing and Puerto Rican roots.

  Anthony was also born in the Big Apple to Hispanic parents.

  The couple invited Justice Sotomayor and a dozen guests to their Long Island, New York home to celebrate her new position, with a cocktail party and dinner, reports GossipCop.com. (IG/WNWC/JMA)
