The reason I don’t want kids is basically personal preference.  There are other reasons but if anything I would adopt…......although not because of this much hyped angiebrad thing (they kinda disgust me but we don’t need to get into that).  I’ve thought about adopting for years and years and years.  But I’m not in the finanaicial position to at the moment.  I understand poor people and single moms/dads can all raise children to be really well rounded adults that can make a difference in the world when it comes their turn.  Just as everyone who has children has that chance to teach their children the best they can, but hell most don’t!  That is why there are sooo many problems in the world today….because some parents are not doing their jobs!  And I do know some kids are just bad seeds but some are not…..some just need their parent’s guidance. 

To busi1234:  I know everyone is not okay, a good percentage to the world is not okay.  But because someone has tattoos should not be a death sentence, not given a right to breed, or make a good living.  I know we will all be judged on our appearance, I am because I’m a woman and I have tattoos.  Maybe now I shouldn’t be allowed to go to school, get a job, and go to certain places because of that.  Wow, it really sounds like we moved back in time like 60 years.  Shit too bad for me!!  It sounds like your saying that we should solely judge people on their appearance.  Should we?  You sound like someone from the past that judged people because of their eye and hair color….........maybe we should do that again…....and you’d go right along.

yes i got along quite fine now even though my parents are now 50,000 in debt becuase of my dad’s medical bills and his medicare gets cut down all the time and hes 65. My parents didnt give me shit when I was little, I grew up with nothing and 3 other sibs. I am now 21, have a nice apartment with a loving hubby, and a goregeous cat named angel, a nice newer laptop, wifi, a nice pc I built myself, real wood furniture that me and my hubby stained and finished ourselves, lots of house stuff, and lots of love, the most important thing, and to think i didnt start eating solid food till I was 7 years old due to medical problems I had. Now i cna eat practcally anything as long as it dont have odd textures. and I cnat eat breads very well since I have throat problems. and my hubbys parents had money but never gave any to him and he eve had to wear old hand-me-downs all of his life till recently when I bought alot of clothes for him. His parents abused him 25% physically and 75% emotionally if you put it into mathematical terms. I would say that we are doing pretty damn good for our parents not giving us jack shit!!!!

Regardless of the drivel you guys are arguing about… I absolutley love Travis and Shanna and are one of the mot real couples out there. And their baby is adorable and so is the name! I wish there were more pictures of them around with their cute little family!

I think travis is hott shitt! and I think people turn out mongoloid if they let the past get to them too much and try to take it out on everyone else.

I love the name alabama im just pissed she named her kid that because that was what i wanted to name my lil girl now i cant people will think im posing off her,you know? but does anyone know if there is gonna be another season to meet the barkers? if so please post it for me cuz i really liked the show. but in my opinion shanna pops these kids out to keep her nanny employed she dont seem to do a damn thing for them herself. anyone notice that

She does seem to rely on her nanny for a lot with her kids, but I can’t help but love Travis and Shanna, they are sooo cute, and I don’t think they are doing another season unfortunatly I wish!!! All of their kids are sooo damn cute!

She relies on her nanny “a lot”? LOL. How about, like all the time? I thought her daughter, the one she had with De LaHoya, was one of her maids kids for a couple episodes. She didn’t strike me as a particularly good mother.
Travis seems like a big old jackass too. He has anger issues, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Shanna is telling her woe of getting smacked around by him in Star magazine in a few years.
