Larry Birkenhead filed a trademark patten for WHAT?

Mar 26, 2007 05:05pm calista Total Posts: 1212	LARRY BIRKHEAD, the former boyfriend of ANNA NICOLE SMITH and alleged father of her baby girl, DANNIELYNN, has filed a trademark application for the phrase, “Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby.” The trademark covers movies, books, TV programs, programs broadcast over the Internet, electronic media and stage plays. Anna Nicole told ET she thought Birkhead was in the battle over baby Dannielynn for the money, and while he insisted to us that wasn’t the case, the trademark could end in him profiting off of his relationship with the former Playboy playmate. In the matter of paternity, HOWARD K. STERN was ordered by a Bahamian judge to bring the little girl in for a DNA swab this week. Birkhead was also reportedly swabbed for a DNA sample. Test results typically take three to five days. However, there is a gag order in effect in this case that will keep the identity of the father confidential until at least April 3rd, when the next meeting in the paternity case will take place. It is going to be a sad day when the Father is revealed because that person is still out to get something.

Larry doesn’t want that kid anymore than Howard does. Don’t be a bit surprised if he splits custody with ANYONE who wants a part of her cuz’ he’ll ‘need help with raising her’. Yep, everyone is going to get a piece of the pie…even Anna’s mother, who raised Daniel. Such a sad, sad mess for one little girl to have to deal with.

I couldn’t agree more….I thought Larry might have been an OK guy at first but NOT NOW!! It did not take me long to start changing my opinion about him. UGH! This entire mess is absolutely horrid. That poor little girl. Larry King said it best when he said this entire ordeal is “fiction gone bad” and that if someone were to have ever written a fictional story like this that no one would have bought it because it is just to outlandish and crazy. It makes me sad!

Mar 27, 2007 11:57am justcurious Total Posts: 156	I was thinking that myself. What a great twist to the saga if nobody who’s tested turned out to be the father. Then we would get to see all the scum of the earth crawl out from under their rocks to get in line for their piece of the pie. This could get very interesting. Oh, that poor baby if that happened…knowing your mom was such a whore that 100’s of men had to be tested to find out who takes charge of the $$ and gets a baby as an added bonus. I just can’t see the positive side to this situation anymore. What respect I had for Larry went out the window after that patent was filed. No wonder his lawyer quit. The whole group is insane!!!! Daniel seemed like the only halfway normal one and Howard fixed that!!!
