Hilary Duff is an “OCD freak” over interior design.

The actress lives with her ‘Material Girls’ co-star and sister Haylie in Los
Angeles and has the final say on how their home is decorated.

Hilary told Britain’s OK! magazine: “I love interior decorating so much. I’m
a total OCD freak about it too. I rearrange things all the time, and Haylie’s
like, ‘Oh, that’s pretty!’ But she has her part of the house and I have my
part of the house.”

Until recently, the sisters lived with their mother producer Susan Duff, but
she moved out to give the girls “more independence”.

Haylie, 22, wrote two of the songs on 19-year-old Hilary’s debut album solo
‘Metamorphosis’.

Former ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star Hilary split from boyfriend Joel Madden of the
band Good Charlotte in November.
