‘S.W.A.T’ star LL Cool J has branded people who have plastic surgery “cheats”.

The rapper-turned-actor is furious at claims he has gone under the surgeon’s knife to improve his looks and insists he has achieved his toned physique and perfect complexion through exercise and healthy eating.

He is quoted by America’s San Francisco Chronicle newspaper as saying: “There are so many people speculating over what they think that I am doing. Is he doing steroids? Did he get plastic surgery?

“It tells me they cheat and they’re cheaters. They’re not willing to make the sacrifices necessary, and go through the pain necessary, in order to get in the best shape they can possibly be, so they don’t believe I am willing to do it either.”

The 38-year-old star insists if you want to look good and have a muscular figure you have to be prepared to put the hours in at the gym and give up the junk food.

He explained: “No pain, no gain. I really do work out hard, and I really do diet. I really did do it.”
