Brad Pitt says having a baby is the best thing he ever did.
The actor, who welcomed baby daughter Shiloh Nouvel, his child with Angelina
Jolie, into the world in May, insists being a dad is far more rewarding than
making films or winning awards.
He revealed in an interview with the Today show: “It really changes your
perspective on the world. You know, I’ve had my day. I made some films, and
I’ve really had a very fortunate life, and it’s time for me to share that a
little bit.
“You feel you want to be there and not miss out on anything. It’s a true joy
and a very profound love. You can write a book, you can make a movie, you
can paint a painting, but having kids is the most extraordinary thing I’ve
ever taken on.”
Brad, 42, insists the thing he finds most rewarding about Shiloh is if he
burp her after she has had her milk.
The ‘Troy’ star - who has also become legal guardian to Angelina’s two
adopted children, Maddox, four, and 17-month-old Zahara - quipped: “Man, if
I can get a burp out of that little thing I feel such a sense of
accomplishment.”
