Willy Wonka is Micheal Jackson

How eerie are the similarities between Willy Wonka and Micheal Jackson in the new movie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory starring Johnny Deep.

Willy Wonka's appearance resembles that of Micheal Jackson in many ways. The pale skin, reddish lips, dark hair, and decorated jacket are just the beginning.



First off, Tim Burton is an amazing director and when I heard he was remaking Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory I couldn’t contain myself. I must have watched Burtons' classic Beetlejuice a million times. I've always liked the unusual and Burton never disappoints when it comes to creating a new fantasy. A few movies of his that stick out in my mind include Edward Scissorhands, Pee-Wee's Great Adventure (I was just a kid then!), and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Micheal Jackson’s Neverland Ranch could be compared to Wonka's chocolate factory. It's a place where all the kids (especially and preferably little boys) want to go and be apart of. Although many believe Wonka was based on MJ, Johnny Deep fills us in on the real deal.

"It actually never crossed my mind. Michael Jackson was not an ingredient or inspiration to the character at all," Depp says.

Tim Burton's response:

"Here's the deal. Michael Jackson likes children, Willy Wonka can't stand them. To me that's a big difference in the whole persona, y'know?"

How did Johnny Deep come up with Willy Wonka's voice?

He tells In Touch magazine that he tested it out on his 6 year-old daughter Lily-Rose while playing Barbies.

"Daddy, don't use that voice. Just talk regular."

Then one time the Wonka voice started to come out and his daughter lit up and said, "Where's that coming from?"

Johnny Deep, 42 lives between homes in LA and France with his wife Vanessa Paradis, 32 and their two children Jack, 3 and Lily-Rose, 6.

Lil Kim: Nonstop Partying until September 19th

After Lil Kim was sentenced to 366 days in prison, she and 30 friends dined at Acqua Pazza on West 52nd Street where she ate a "huge tiramisu". A surprise birthday party was planned for Monday but a few hours later the invite that read, , "Please help us celebrate with Friends & Family as we surprise the Queen Bee on Her Special Day! Secret Location, Details to Follow," was cancelled without explanation.

Second to be added to the unlucky female celebrity jail list is Lil Kim (first being M. Diddy as they called her). The male Hollywood celebrities are a whole different story.
