Britney Spears Sued Over Malibu Shooting
Looks like the photographer shot in the leg by a pellet gun is suing Britney Spears. Meanwhile Britney and crew have been enjoying the lovely weather by gathering on a boat for drinks and sunbathing.In Page Six today:
Photographer Brad Diaz is reportedly suing the preggers popsicle, claiming the plastic pellet that pierced his thigh came from the direction of Spears' rented home. Diaz was standing with a group of paparazzi about 200 yards from Spears' place when he was hit, while inside the singer was entertaining guests including mother Lynne and sister Jamie Lynn.
I guess this raises an ongoing question: Is it ok to strike back and even shoot the paparazzi even if they might be intrusive at times?
Kelly Davis, the office manager at Diaz's X17 agency, tells Page Six: "This was an uncalled for act of aggression. Brad has a bullet lodged deep into his skin. He could have been hit in the eye and blinded. He could have been hit in the head and killed. It's not funny. I was told by people at the scene that police officers talking to Britney's bodyguards were sort of standing around laughing at it. People don't like paparazzi, but it's not a good reason to shoot at them."
Let the Britney Spears Malibu Shooting Mystery Begin.....
Who you think shot the gun? The photographer claims it came from the direction of Britney's rented home. Here's my question - Does he have any pics up until that moment he was pegged? There were about 15 photographers present. Someone must have seen something or at least taken a picture. I'll keep you posted on any develpments.

Pamela Anderson Gets Roasted
Pamela Anderson gets roasted this sunday on Comedy Central.
If you fall off of this thing, it kind of sucks you have to be hanging by one arm. I'm sure if that happened Pamela could pull a Valerie Irons move right out of her old V.I.P show.
I don't think its a mystery most of the comedians roasting Pamela will pick on her overly inflated boobs.
