It's most likely she had some hair extensions added in or moved up that contributed to the high price. I don't think any hair cut is ever worth $3,000. Then again we are talking about Posh Spice here.

Posh flew in to London so her hairstylist Angelo Georghio could fix her bald patch. Apparently she was "horrified" at this bald picture taken last week in Canada. She was eager to have it done in time for the Portugal vs England game coming up this Saturday.

Paris Hilton Gets Denied
Paris Hilton goes animal at the "Just Cavalli Bar" with Roberto Cavalli yesterday (06/28/06). Does this chick ever have a party night off?
Paris Hilton has been denied a discount at her own chain of hotels.
During a live interview on a Scottish radio station, the heiress tried to
reserve a room in her own name at the Glasgow Hilton but the booking clerk
refused to give her the corporate rate.
He told the 'House of Wax' star: "There is no discount I can initiate, I'm
afraid".
Instead, he offered the hotel heiress a standard queen-sized room the full
rate of $310 per night.
Meanwhile, Paris recently ordered her helicopter pilot to make an emergency
landing on a German farm - so she could use the toilet.
The actress-turned-singer was touring the European country, before the start
of the football World Cup, when she reportedly made the surprise request.
Paris even got her security to stop the family from entering their own
bathroom so she could relieve herself in peace.
A source said: "She gave the farmer a bit of a shock. Her bouncers even
blocked the farm door so the family couldn't go inside their own house while
she was using the loo."

Hilary Duff Hates Liars
Hilary Duff leaves her NYC hotel on Monday following an appearance on TRL to promote "Material Girls" with her sister Haylie (06/26/06).
Hilary appears to have put on a few needed pounds to give her back that much needed glow.
Hilary Duff doesn't have any patience for back stabbing friends.
She said: "They would lie to me and I'd keep catching them and finally I thought: 'Why am I having these people around?'
"It's hard to say: 'OK, I don't want to be your friend anymore. I'm kicking you out of my life', but slowly, over time, I did it."
She added: "I got to do a lot of soul searching and I feel like a happier person. It's important to be able to be alone with yourself."
