Lindsay Lohan Loses Expensive Bracelet
Lindsay Lohan had to pay out £20,000 (~$38,000) after losing a Cartier bracelet.The 'Mean Girls' actress misplaced the expensive band she had been loaned by
the jewelers while partying in London at the weekend.
Lindsay - who was in the UK capital to present last Wednesday's (11.15.06)
World Music Awards - was ordered to pay for the bracelet in full yesterday
(11.19.06) after a fuming Cartier representative demanded the item was
returned.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Lindsay had been loaned the
jewelery in good faith for her presenting job at the World Music Awards.
The plan was always for her to return the bracelet after, which seemed to
have slipped her mind."
When Lindsay realised the bracelet was missing, she instantly conducted a
thorough search of her room at the Sanderson Hotel using staff and security
to help her.
The source added: "She had a string of pals coming in and out of the room,
as well as security, management and hotel staff. The room was turned upside
down."
This is not the first time Lindsay has lost valuable jewelery.
In September, her Hermes bag, packed with $1 million worth of valuables,
went missing at Heathrow Airport.
The bag was later found with all its belongings.
Jennifer Lopez is Ready to Cover Up
Jennifer Lopez has vowed to stop flashing her flesh.The Latin star, famed for her curvaceous rear, insists she is ready to cover
up her beautiful body because she is bored with being viewed as a sex
symbol.
Lopez, who is married to singer Marc Anthony, told Harper's Bazaar magazine:
"I'm going to start wearing clothes that are closed up to the neck with
bows!

"That going out and being glam thing gets old fast. People keep saying to
me, 'You're not out there anymore.' And I say, 'That's because I don't want
to be!'"
J.Lo designs her own fashion range, Sweetface, and says she wants to devote
more time to her clothes line.
Meanwhile, Lopez's ex-fiancé Ben Affleck has admitted he is glad he didn't
marry her.
The 'Hollywoodland' actor - who is now married to actress Jennifer Garner
and has a baby daughter, Violet, with her - insists he is relieved his
relationship with J.Lo fell apart because his life was becoming "miserable".
Affleck recently said: "I should never have got engaged and never gone down
that route. I thought I wanted certain things, but I didn't. I got lost and
felt suffocated, miserable and gross. I had to stop and think, 'What am I
doing with my life?'"
Pamela Anderson Wants Her Dog Back
Pamela Anderson's pet dog has gone missing.The actress' Chihuahua Luca was being looked after by her parents in Malibu,
while Pamela films new movie 'Blonde and Blonder' in Vancouver, Canada, when
it disappeared.
The pooch was being walked on a private beach on Sunday afternoon (11.19.06)
when it suddenly vanished.
Pammie is distraught about her missing mutt and is convinced Luca has been
'dog-knapped'.
The former 'Baywatch' star - who is an ardent animal rights campaigner -
wrote on her personal website: "My little Chihuahua Luca went missing off a
beach in Malibu on Sunday afternoon. I think somebody took him. I was
returning home from Vancouver and spoke to my parents at 3.30pm "They were
on a private beach with him, which he knows very well. He normally runs on
the beach but has been on medication and could have been groggy and not
himself. There was a construction crew and an odd person walking along the
beach on the public pathways. I need him back."
