Brad Pitt Gets Stuck With The Kids

Angelina Jolie's children are banned from waking her up in the morning.

Brad Pitt gets up early every morning with their four kids - adopted
children Maddox, six, Pax, four, Zahara, two, and 20-month-old biological
daughter Shiloh - and gives them breakfast while Angelina has a sleep-in.

An insider told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Sometimes the kids will go
in and wake her, but they're not supposed to. Sometimes she'll get up
earlier to take the kids to school, but Brad's usually the one who gets them
out the door."

Brad, 44, has been hailed as a "super-dad" doing all the hands on work while
Angelina, 32, has been busy filming new movies 'Wanted' and 'The Changeling'
on location.

The source added: "Brad gets up really early with the children. He changes
diapers and gets Zahara and Shiloh fed and dressed for the day. He takes
this responsibility very seriously.

"While Angie was busy filming Brad was superdad. He got into the routine of
getting up with all the kids, getting the Corn Flakes for breakfast and
getting them prepped for school. When Brad dresses the kids, he lets them
pick whatever they want to wear, even if it's weird or mismatched."

Brad has regularly spoken of his happiness at becoming a father and spending
time with his children.

The 'Ocean's Thirteen' star said last year: "We all sing and dance to
'Wheels on the Bus' together. We hope they're not soaking up our moves
because they'd be seriously lacking in their future. We'll get them some
proper training. But yeah, there's a lot of dancing around the house, a lot
of music time."

Pamela Anderson is Done with Marriage - Still

Pamela Anderson is pressing ahead with her divorce from Rick Salomon.

The former 'Baywatch' star - who filed for divorce on December 14 after just two months of marriage - claimed on December 17 she and Rick were "working things out" but her lawyer filed a proof of service of summons in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 28, taking the proceedings to the next stage.

Los Angeles family law attorney Lynn Soodik said: "I would think this means the divorce is going ahead. But this filing is just a procedural thing."

The document shows Rick was served with divorce papers on December 15 and has 30 days to file a response.

Pamela, 40, wrote about her family's New Year's celebration on her website yesterday, but did not mention Salomon.



She said: "My kids and I had a great time in Vegas! They loved the fireworks and hot chocolate at midnight. Mommy made it home by 1:30 a.m. Nice! Now on family vacation in the snow. We are doing great. Getting rest and planning for the year."

Pam - who has two sons, Brandon, 11, and nine-year-old Dylan with first husband Tommy Lee - fell for Rick after he offered to waive her poker debts to him in return for sex.

She said: "I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love. It's so romantic."

They married in a whirlwind ceremony in Las Vegas, in the one hour break between her performance as Hans Klok's assistant in his magic show.

Rick, who is a professional poker player, famously starred in and released the Paris Hilton sex tape 'One Night in Paris'.

He was previously married to actresses Shannen Doherty and Elizabeth Daily, while Pammie has been wed twice before to rockers Kid Rock and Tommy Lee.

Britney Spears strapped to a gurney via en route to the hospital!

Britney Spears was rushed to hospital last night after collapsing from suspected drug abuse while caring for her children .

Police were called to Britney's Beverly Hills home at 8pm after the 25-year-old star refused to return her sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Officers found Britney to be "under the influence of an unknown substance", and she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in an ambulance where she is reportedly undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.



Los Angeles Police Department officer Jason Lee said: "While officers were on the scene, they observed Ms. Spears under the influence of an unknown substance. She is now being taken in for an evaluation."

Several police officers, fire engines, two ambulances and a police helicopter all appeared at the tumultuous scene.

An insider at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center tells Usmagazine that nobody wanted to be Britney Spears’ monitor last night.

Spears was rushed to the hospital around 11 p.m. and was designated a "special needs" patient, meaning "they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide,” the source says. (See her being wheeled on a stretcher here.)

When Britney arrived at the medical centre, she stuck two fingers up at waiting paparazzi but smiled as she was wheeled out of the ambulance.

One onlooker said: "Britney looked completely out of it, but still managed to flip off the photographers and smiled at the same time. She is just unbelievable."

Jayden was also taken to the hospital by ambulance, although it is not clear if he needed medical treatment.

Kevin arrived at the hospital at 12:20 am this morning to see his ex-wife.

Britney's father Jamie entered the hospital at 1:15am, despite the pair not having been seen together since spring last year.



OK! magazine's timeline:

7 p.m.: K-Fed's security team arrives to pick up boys Sean Preston and Jayden James and bring them back to their father's house. When there is a delay in releasing the boys, Britney's assistant, Carla, makes excuses for the pop star. However, it soon becomes clear that there is a problem.

At some point, 2-year-old Sean Preston is removed from the house, leaving only little Jayden inside with his mother.

8 p.m.: The police are notified of a custodial situation at Britney's house and officers are dispatched to The Summit. But when they arrive, they find that the court-appointed monitor, who has been locked out of the house, is not in possession of the paperwork required to allow them to enter Britney's house.



9:20 p.m.: K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan arrives at The Summit with the required paperwork. He and five police cars enter the gated community and drive up to Britney's house.

10:30 p.m.: More than a dozen police officers, as well as two ambulances and a handful of fire rescue trucks are now on the scene. Sometime before 11 p.m., Britney's cousin Alli and Brit's assistant Carla leave the house, leaving Brit alone with Jayden James.

11:45 p.m.: Britney is taken out of her home strapped to a gurney and placed into an ambulance, which is escorted by 13 police cars with sirens blaring to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, arriving at approximately 12:30 a.m. Jayden is brought to the hospital in a separate vehicle.
