Mental Britney Can Talk to Her Kids on the Phone

Britney Spears has been told she can speak to her children on the telephone.

The 'Toxic' singer - who hasn't seen her two sons Sean Preston, two, and
16-month-old Jayden James for more than three weeks after she refused to
return them to ex-husband Kevin Federline - is forbidden from visiting her
children indefinitely, meaning her only access to them is via phone calls.

Court documents released yesterday (01/28/08) revealed: "Spears is to have
telephonic contact with the minor children. All prior orders remain in full
force and effect."



Meanwhile, Britney's manager and "very good friend" Sam Lufti has confirmed
the 26-year-old singer has seen a psychiatrist for her "mental issues".

Following a conversation with Lufti, 'The View' host Barbara Walters said:
"Britney is suffering from what Lufti describes as mental issues which are
treatable. He said that she has been to a psychiatrist and that she, I
assume, is starting some kind of treatment.

"She has been having mood swings. She's been having trouble sleeping, and
also she is in touch with her mother - because we had heard she wasn't - and
her mother has been very supportive of whatever Britney is going to do."

The 'Piece of Me' singer is believed to be bipolar and reportedly has
multiple personality disorder.

Her legal team are hoping her visitation rights will be reinstated if she
undergoes psychiatric treatment.

Britney and Lufti are said to have rowed over her alleged mental problems
yesterday (01/28/08).

A source said: "Britney had a huge blow out with Sam at about 6pm as they
were driving back to her house. She stormed out of his car in tears just in
front of the gate and sat on the side of the road sobbing her heart out."

Britney's parents - who were in Los Angeles visiting Britney's sons Sean
Preston and Jayden James last night - arrived at her house at 9:07pm and
waited outside the gates in their car. Britney refused to speak to them and
left after Adnan collected her.

Britney and Sam drove up to the gate of her house when she suddenly jumped out of the car crying -- why we're not sure. Britney's paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib tells TMZ he got a frantic call from a hysterical Brit at that moment, pleading with him "Baby, can you come pick me up??" Adnan told us he told her to go into her house and he would be right over. When he arrived, however, he was told in no uncertain terms that he was not allowed to enter the gate -- the guards were under strict orders from Sam not to let him in. He's tried calling each of her six cell phones and the house phone, but she's not answering.

According to Britney Spears uncle - now a recovering drug addict- Brit first drank at 13 during her Mickey Muse days and snorted cocaine on her 18th birthday. William Spears, 49 currently clean for 4 years admits to have snorted cocaine with the pop princess.

He said: "She has tried just about everything - cocaine, crystal meth, ecstacy."

At a wrap up party for Disney (which also starred Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake) her uncle also nicknamed "Raod Kill Willie" saw the kids go into the bathroom with a bottle of alcohol.

"The had a bottle of gin and slipped away to the bathroom to drink it. I saw them going."

Her marijuana use started at 14 and since her brother was the star of the football team she was exposed to drinking/drugs at parties. The uncle also blames Brit's father Jaime for drinking day and night and arguing with her mother Lynne. Brit would even call her Uncle crying to come pick her up..

On her 18th b-day he smoked pot and did a line of coke with her .

William revealed: "I know she did cocaine on her 18th birthday - I was there.

"We were at a party in an apartment and I spotted her doing a line just before I did one. We smoked pot together too."

She would drink so much at times that she would pass out at clubs.
