Kevin Federline To Release Fitness DVD

Kevin Federline is set to release a fitness DVD.

The former backing dancer - the ex-husband of Britney Spears - is planning
to get back into shape after piling on the pounds and wants to cash in on
his potentially buff body by sharing his exercise secrets.

He is reported by FOX News as saying: "I plan to get back to looking ripped
and sexy again - I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year."

The 30-year-old is hoping to release the DVD in January 2009.

Kevin, who reached a custody agreement over his two sons with Britney
earlier this week, recently admitted his weight has ballooned because of the
"pressure of looking after my children".

Kevin retained sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston, two, and
21-month-old Jayden James, while Britney was given visitation rights.

If the dancer does release an exercise DVD, he will be following in the
footsteps of a host of celebrities who have branched out into the health and
fitness industry.



In 2005, TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey released a DVD and book
featuring 10 steps to a better body. She also had a diet - the Oprah Plan -
named after her.

Supermodel Heidi Klum published a book featuring exercise routines, while
Carmen Electra released DVDs showing how to get in shape by performing
stripteases and pole dancing.

P. Diddy has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend, singer Cassandra
'Cassie' Ventura.

The rapper is said to be engaged to 21-year-old Cassie, who he met when he
signed her up to his music label Bad Boy Records in 2006, but is attempting
to keep the news quiet.

A source close to the father-of-six told America's Star magazine: "He told
everyone to keep it extremely quiet because he didn't want it to get out,
but you could tell he was excited.

"P. Diddy said they hadn't set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear
the news first."



P. Diddy has 19-month-old twin daughters D'Lila and Jessie and 10-year-old
son Christian with ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.

He also has a son from a previous relationship, a daughter with
ex-girlfriend Sarah Chapman and a child he unofficially adopted after
ex-girlfriend Kim Porter had a son with her former boyfriend Al B Sure.

The 38-year-old star - who has dated Jennifer Lopez and was recently
romantically linked to Cameron Diaz - recently revealed he is desperate to
work with British singer Leona Lewis.



He said: "I want that girl on my next album. I'm a huge fan. Not only is she
so, so beautiful, she has a great voice. She is extremely talented. She has
one of the best voices I've heard. I'm thinking about my next album and
definitely want to make it work, so she's on it. It's all about Leona
Lewis."

Can Britney Spears Handle the Sex Scenes?

Britney Spears is reportedly in talks to star in a “sadomasochistic sex
movie”.

The troubled 26-year-old singer – who is currently recording her new album –
is said to be in final negotiations to star in ‘The Knoxville Carjacking Party’.

The movie will focus on the true story of two students who were allegedly
carjacked, kidnapped, raped and killed in the Tennessee city.

Ghetto Bragging Rights gossip columnist Clarence Star, who broke the story,
believes it could be the right career move for Britney, explaining: “People
need to see another side of Britney.”

However, it is feared the mother-of-two will not be able to handle the
“intensity” of the disturbing sex scenes.

A movie insider said: “‘The Knoxville Carjacking Party’ has a lot of
sadomasochistic sex scenes in it. While it’s thought Britney can handle any
average sex scenes, these scenes have a lot of intensity in them. She would
have to raise her performance level to endure some of these scenes.”

In 2007, Channon Gail Christian, 21, and her 23-year-old friend Christopher
Newsom are believed to have been murdered after being carjacked some time
between January 6 and January 8.



Britney is no stranger to the big screen. In 2002, she starred in teen movie ‘Crossroads’. She was also in line for the role of Daisy Duke in ‘The Dukes of Hazzard’
but the part was eventually taken by Britney’s pop rival Jessica Simpson.
