Socialite Paris Hilton and her bad boy beau Cy Waits were involved in a hit and run accident with a female photographer after a family night out at Boa steakhouse in West Hollywood, California on September 29, 2010. Paris took to her twitter account after the incident saying "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi," she then Tweeted. "They are literally insane!" As the couple were surrounded by the paps and photographers his hit and run was caught on video.
