Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie and Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck say they're touched and honored to be nominated for several Golden Globe awards for their film The Tourist.

The three were in Berlin for the premiere Tuesday of the film that was nominated for best picture, best musical comedy actor and actress.

Depp, who was also nominated for his role in Alice in Wonderland said he was very touched by the double nomination.

Jolie said the acknowledgment was an honor, then added "we were laughing because it's the first time that I've been in the comedic category so it's new for me."

German director von Donnersmarck said he was happy with the nomination for The Tourist, his second film, which opened in the U.S. last week to generally poor reviews.

Angelina Jolie Hasn’t Had Any Plastic Surgery Done

Angelina Jolie on date nights with Brad Pitt: ‘You have to make time when you are not Mom and Dad once in a while. I think for anybody who has kids, the most important thing is that you love your children, but you also have to stay focused on each other so that you stay strong. And you staying strong as a couple keeps the kids in an even better place.’

Angie on plastic surgery: ‘I haven’t had anything done and I don’t think I will. But if it makes somebody happy then that’s up to them. I’m not in somebody else’s skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don’t plan to do it myself.’

Jolie on a possible remake of Cleopatra: ‘It remains an exciting idea but has not yet been put on the page,’ she says. ‘We need to be clear about why we want to do it and how the story relates to today; see what new information there is about her, how we can make it new.’

Angie on her kids: ‘I enjoy the work more now because I enjoy life more. When you have children the whole world shifts for you. You have these little people that make you laugh and remind you every day of what is important, and you get to be their parent and that’s the most important thing you’ll ever be. Everything else comes from that.’

‘Hopefully I’m giving my children the sense that they are deeply loved and deeply safe. At the same time we are hopefully encouraging their individuality as they get to know who they are, and not getting in the way of that. That’s why they are six very strong individuals.’

Jolie on Shiloh dressing up as a boy: ‘I don’t think it’s for the world to interpret anything. She likes to dress like a boy and wants her hair cut like a boy and she wanted to be called “John” for a while. Some kids wear capes and want to be Superman and she wants to be like her brothers. It’s who she is. It’s been a surprise to us and it’s really interesting, but she’s so much more than that – she’s funny and sweet and pretty. But she does love a tie…’

Angelina on Johnny Depp: ‘It turns out we are both a bit reclusive. ‘That’s why our paths had never crossed – neither of us attends many parties or goes out very much. Neither of us seems to take ourselves too seriously. And maybe there’s something about being in a place in your life where your family is so central to you that you have a good perspective on it all.

‘You appreciate the work, and when you are there you focus and give it your best, and then when it’s done you go home to your family. Your life is full off-set and you have this nice balance. Johnny is like that and I’m like that, too.’

‘We got together as families,’ says Angelina. ‘Brad, Vanessa andall the kids; that was lovely. Just family stuff.’
