Acress Eva Longoria helped jump start Tossimo at their grand opening and promotion of their new cafe with the Brew Bot in New York City on May 3rd, 2011.She posed for a few pics with a giant Tossimo cup and played their 'pour it yourself' coffee game, where after a few Bellamies, she decided dancing would be a little more fun! Eva also sat down to do a few book signings for her 'Eva's Kitchen' book.
