Jennifer Hudson Thinks Weight Watchers Can Save Adele’s Life

Did former American Idol star and current Weight Watchers spokesperson Jennifer Hudson approach UK singer Adele about helping her lose weight? Supposedly backstage at the Grammys, "Jennifer congratulated Adele on her six trophies but then added, 'I used to be heavy just like you, and gosh, Weight Watchers saved my life! I can hook you up'."



According to a source via the National Enquirer, Adele was not pleased. Friends of the 23-year-old singer say she's happy the way she is - at 165 pounds - and doesn't want to diet to be super skinny.

Adele even said recently that, "My weight has never been an issue. I've never hung out with the sort of horrible people who make it an issue." Although Jennifer is very proud of her 80lb weight loss and even has a book out detailing it, friends say Jen is most likley just a tad bit jealous of Adele.

"Her heart is in the right place, but her preaching is starting to get on people's nerves," said the friend.

"I'm sure seeing Adele become the belle of the ball at the Grammys got under her skin. Meanwhile Adele has made it pretty clear she doesn't care what Jennifer or anyone else thinks about her or her weight."
