Kris Humphries Pulls A Sneaky One On Kanye West

Kris Humphries' legal team hid a subpoena in a delivery box for Kanye West.

Lawyers acting for the basketball star and his estranged wife Kim Kardashian appeared in court today as part of ongoing divorce proceedings and the reality TV star's lawyer Laura Wasser revealed the ploy to the judge.



According to the lawyer, Kris' representatives tried to serve the subpoena to the rapper by putting it into a box from department store Nortstrom and having it sent to his girlfriend Kim's house.

Ms. Wasser also complained that her client has already racked up a $250,000 bill in attorney's fees yet it is unclear what Kris - who is seeking an annulment as he claims the couple's 72-day marriage was a fraud - is trying to achieve in dragging out the proceedings.

She added that there was evidence to confirm reports that Kris and his legal team want to put reality TV on trial, noting they had also served Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner with a subpoena as well as NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows.

Kris' lawyer Marshall Waller told the court he wants to prove the marriage, which took place in August 2011, was a fraud which Kim wanted to boost her reality show and said he wants to be armed with more information about the program before taking the brunette beauty's deposition.

Ms. Wasser then asked why it is important to get an annulment but Mr. Waller did not answer.



Kim's representative stated that she intends to get Kris to pay every penny of Kim's attorney's fees.

On her way out of court, Ms. Wasser said told TMZ: "We're just moving forward. My client just wants to be divorced."

Neither Kim nor Kris was in court today.

Kim Kardashian Hates Her Thighs

Kim Kardashian hates her thighs.

Although the 31-year-old socialite is body confident, she admits there are things she doesn't like about her physical appearance because she is a perfectionist.

She said: "I'm such a perfectionist that I 'm not really completely happy with my body. I don't like my thighs, I wear spanx a lot, they're like the greatest invention.

"I like to do a little QuickTrim cleanse before bikini time and photo shoots and if I've got something coming up I don't eat as bad and I work out all the time."

Kim is famously close to her family but she appreciates them even more since the breakdown of her marriage to Kris Humphries - which lasted just after 72 days.

In an interview on UK TV show 'Lorraine', she said: "Going through a divorce this last year has shown me how important family is.

"I'm obsessed with my nephew Mason, he is the best thing that has ever happened to our family."

Meanwhile, Kim has described the upcoming series of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' the "wildest season ever".

She added: "People are going to love it. There's a lot of Kourtney and Scott and their preparations for baby number two.

"Also we deal with the paternity controversy that keeps coming up with Khloe with people saying she's not really a Kardashian.

"Also, 25 years ago my mom had an affair and that's what lead to her divorce from my dad. In this season her ex comes back and causes trouble between her and [her now husband] Bruce [Jenner]."
