Stavros Niarchos may have dissed Paris Hilton the other night for Lindsay Lohan, but he was making out with her Thursday night.Page Six:
The heir heads were spotted making out and drinking Veev cocktails at the Miami Beach club Mokai on Thursday night.
Last week the hotel heiress tried to hook up with her 22-year-old ex at Hollywood hot spot Crimson but, according to sources, he "wanted nothing to do with her and seemed so annoyed by her, he left the party" to go hang with Paris’ frenemy Lindsay Lohan. Paris, 26, was then seen wandering around "asking where Stavros had gone."
Currently the two lovebirds are in Miami for the Art Basel festivities where Paris has been following him around and even resorting to violence.
One partygoer at Mokai, where the rich kids started their night, told Page Six, "Paris saw that Stavros was with a girl, and she went crazy. She literally stood on Stavros' table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention."
The insider said that when Stavros and his date left Mokai and moved on to Set, Hilton followed: "Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros' date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl." Our witness even claimed, "Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her."

Sources tell PEOPLE Hilton scuffled with club goers two nights in a row – Thursday at SET nightclub in Miami Beach, and again Friday night at Cameo – but no charges were filed with police and Hilton's rep denies Paris fought with anyone. "Paris did not slap anyone in Miami," the rep tells PEOPLE.
She also has a thing for making out with girls. She was spotted kissing one in Miami.

Paris Hilton sought comfort from her looming jail sentence in the arms ofher ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.
The socialite and the Greek shipping heir - who have dated on and off for
several years - met up at Los Angeles nightclub Teddy's on Saturday night
(05.12.07).
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Paris arrived around midnight with a
group of girlfriends and seemed quite happy, chatting and laughing.
"Stavros arrived about an hour later and made a beeline for Paris' table
when she gave him a big hug and a kiss.
"They most of the night together, laughing and cuddling and Paris leaned
over and kissed him over and over again. She massaged his neck and ran her
fingers through his hair.
"He had his arm around her and was whispering into her ear, not really
paying any attention to all the other girls who were ogling him."
Stavros - who was seen dirty dancing with James Blunt's ex Petra Nemcova in
another Hollywood club just days ago - and Paris left together at 2am.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed Paris - who will start her 45-day jail
sentence for driving with a suspended license on June 5 - may be forced to
serve her time working in a chain gang.
Los Angeles' prisons are overcrowded and self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in
the US Joe Arpaio, head of Arizona's Tent City jail, has offered to house
the hotel heiress during her sentence.
Arpaio requires his inmates wear striped uniforms and pink underwear as they
toil in the hot sun and says his offer in being "seriously considered".
Paris Hilton has a thing for Greek guys. Stavros also has a thing for some of Hilton's friends.

May this year - have recently been seen canoodling on several occasions and
spent Friday night (12/01/06) together.
The couple were photographed leaving Los Angeles nightclub Little Door and
the waiting paparazzi followed them back to Paris' house.
One snapper said: "They dashed out of the club together and raced back home.
When they arrived at the house Paris announced, 'I'm going to bed', and then
dragged Stavros inside."
Last week, 'The Simple Life' star was seen wearing an open locket with two
pictures of her and Stavros inside it.
One photograph showed Paris, 25, and 21-year-old Stavros kissing and another
shows them cuddled up cheek-to-cheek
