Lindsay Lohan Is Her Own Worst Enemy
Lindsay Lohan thinks the police are conspiring against her.
The actress believes Los Angeles cops have a "vendetta to bring her down" after they are pushing for her to be jailed for lying about her car crash in June, TMZ.com is reporting.
Lindsay still claims she wasn't driving her Porsche during the accident on the Pacific Coast Highway, but several eye witnesses are insisting she was behind the wheel.
The 26-year-old star is "terrified" of going back to jail because Judge Stephanie Sautner has told her she will violate her current probation if she breaks the law again.
She is allegedly saying: "One car accident could ruin everything for me."
Lindsay is on probation since being found guilty of stealing a necklace in July 2011, for which she was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service, and is telling friends she has since done everything right to abide by the law.
The party-loving starlet's publicist Steve Honig recently quit after a roller coaster few months for the actress, which also saw her accuse mother Dina Lohan of taking cocaine.
A source recently told Radar Online.com: "Prosecutors and cops think there is more than enough evidence for the judge to find Lindsay in violation of probation and are hopeful that this time, she will face the maximum penalty for lying to cops.
"Remember, the burden is much lower for a probation violation, just the fact that Lindsay will be charged with a crime is enough for her probation to be revoked and sent to jail."
Lindsay Lohan warned not to pursue restraining order
Lindsay Lohan has been warned not to seek a restraining order against her father Michael.
The 'Liz & Dick' actress - whose father is reportedly going to pursue a conservatorship to give an independent party legal control over his 26-year-old troubled daughter following a failed intervention last week - has been told that a protection order against him could further damage her career.
A source told gossip website Radar Online: "Lindsay is being told by her lawyers that it's a disastrous idea for her to try and get a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan.
"First of all, there is no guarantee that a judge would grant a restraining order against Michael. Michael did show up at her house and try and stage an intervention, because he believes that she is in immediate danger because of her alleged drug and alcohol addiction. That is hardly a form of harassment.
"Secondly, if Lindsay were to petition for a restraining order, this story will just keep going, making it a never ending media cycle of stories about the Lohan family drama. For an actress trying to get her career back on track, this is not going to help her get future work and makes producers very leary to hire her. There would likely have to be a full hearing for Lindsay's quest to get a restraining order, and Michael would have the opportunity to take the stand and testify. He could reveal more information about his concerns about Lindsay that could further damage her."
However despite the advice, Lindsay is said to be determined to prevent her father from interfering in her life.
The source said: "She is hell bent on getting a restraining order against Michael because her mother Dina is totally pushing for it. Lindsay is currently in New York City and she could very likely decide to try and get a restraining order against Michael there."
While Lindsay's siblings have accused Michael of interfering, his intervention last Friday had the full backing of Lindsay's professional team, including her lawyers and manager.
Lindsay Lohan’s legal team supported intervention
Lindsay Lohan's legal team backed her father Michael's recent attempt to stage an intervention.
The 'Liz & Dick' actress's father confronted his 26-year-old daughter at her home in Beverly Hills on Friday because he fears she has resumed drinking and drug taking and is said to have had the full support of her lawyers and manager.
An email exchange reportedly took place between Michael, Lindsay's manager Evan Hainey and her lawyers Shawn Holley and Dave Feldman in the days leading up to the failed intervention that show they were in on his attempt to get the actress back into rehab, according to gossip website TMZ.
Michael is said to have emailed Evan and Shawn on September 23 pleading for their help and claimed his daughter was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day".
He also wrote: "I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau (Marmont). She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!
"I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness! (sic)"
Lindsay's manager Dave allegedly also emailed her lawyers and they all agreed Michael should lead the intervention last week because they knew the actress would be flying back to Los Angeles on October 15.
Michael's intervention failed as Lindsay phoned the police on him and he claimed she also kicked out her boyfriend Josh Chunn who tried to reason with her.
She is now reportedly seeking a restraining order against her father to stop him from interfering in her life.
One Step Closer To Natural
Lindsay Lohan hates her new hair color.
The 26-year-old 'Liz & Dick' actress - who recently dyed her locks bright red after completing filming for her new movie - revealed the eye-catching new auburn color did not turn out as she had hoped.
She told E! News: "It's actually the wrong color than it's supposed to be."
The troubled starlet explained that the color should fade down to her natural hue.
She said: "It's the color of my natural hair and it will get there."
The Night Lindsay Lohan Seduced Harry
Lindsay Lohan did more than tell British band McFly about her sex life -- she went after the drummer!
Linds invited the group - who were appearing in her 2005 movie 'Just My Luck' - to a meal during filming in New Orleans and told them some of her bedroom antics.
In their autobiography 'Untold Things: Our story', drummer Harry Judd explained: "We drove to the restaurant, but we hadn't even walked in before Lindsay started reeling off to me all the Hollywood A-listers she'd been with, before explaining that she preferred older men.
"As we sat and ate, she told us all these stories - graphic stories about her sex life, enough to put us off our steaks.
"Later we met up with other members of the cast and crew at Club 360, a revolving penthouse venue overlooking the French Quarter.
"Under the staircase was a room, dimly lit with red lights.
"A bed in the middle, and on the bed a couple having sex, there for everyone to see. The kind of party bands should be going to."
However, it didn't stop him almost hooking up with the actress although Harry revealed their intimate encounter was ruined by bandmember Danny Jones.
He added: "Lindsay grabbed me by the hand and followed me into a bathroom. Then she shut the door behind us.
"As I turned around, she lunged at me. This was full on and it lasted for quite some time.
"Then things started to get a bit more serious. A bit steamier.
"One thing led to another. We moved from first base to second base, and then, just as I was about to seal the deal, Danny walked in, 'Oh sorry, mate!'
"For a while Lindsay and I carried on getting a bit frisky but gradually she started to sober up.
"'You've got to leave before eight', she said. I didn't really want to leave. We had unfinished business.
"But then she announced she was tired, pulled one of those airplane eye-masks over her eyes and went to sleep. So much for my romantic night of passion."
