Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn: Totally Over

After weeks of distance both emotional and real, the relationship ax fell the week of September 9 for Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston. A source close to Vaughn tells Us that the split happened just before the actor left for London to begin work on his holiday comedy, Joe Claus.

“It’s not common knowledge, but we’re not together anymore,” Vaughn told the insider September 13, adding that they solidified the breakup in a long phone conversation.

“We’ve split up.”

Confirms an Aniston pal: “They’re 100 percent done.”

Vince Vaughn Won’t Marry Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston was left heartbroken by Vince Vaughn’s refusal to get
married.

The actress, who has been dating her ‘Break Up’ co-star for a year, had her
hopes of a wedding dashed when Vince ruled out the prospect of them ever
tying the knot.

Following a romantic break in Mexico, Vince has reportedly distanced himself
from the 37-year-old actress and refuses to discuss marriage.

A source told Britain's Star magazine: “Talk of marriage or engagement is
complete hogwash. Vince appears to have gone distant, and Jen is looking no
further than a day at a time.

“There have been rumours of an engagement, even claims they married in
secret. But those stories are without foundation.

“Jen expected so much from this relationship but they are struggling to
overcome these problems.”

Now that Vince is shooting his new movie in South Dakota and Jen is living
in Los Angeles, the pair are spending most of their time apart.

The source added: “After everything Jen has been through, she feels let down
that Vince hasn’t yet – after all this time – made his mind up about her.”

Vince has reportedly given the former ‘Friends’ actress a ‘friendship ring’
but has made it clear he is not ready to settle down yet.

Jennifer Aniston has called new love Vince Vaughn "the cream of the crop". The former 'Friends' beauty - who has never officially confirmed the pair are romancing - said she is full of praise for the handsome actor, who she met when they filmed 'The Break Up' together.

She is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "He is the cream of the crop.
"He is a great comedian and an amazing dramatic actor. I always loved watching him as an actor. He thinks and he listens."

She added: "You don't always get that sort of fun with someone and feel like you're on an equal playing field."

Jennifer also revealed she was shocked when she was asked to star in 'The Break Up' - a movie about the end of a long-running relationship - when she was in the process of splitting from husband Brad Pitt, who is now romancing Angelina Jolie.

She said: "I thought it was a joke. I thought, 'You have got to be kidding me'.

"But making it was definitely therapeutic."
