In the latest issue of In Touch magazine reality star Nicole Coco Austin, 32 has posed for a bikini shoot for the tabloid free of any magical paintbrushes via photoshop. How sincere of her! Wow, really?? Is plastic surgery permanent photoshop??

The 135 pound 5'2' platinum blond told the magazine: "This is the biggest I've ever been. But I'm still confident, because I'm happy inside, and I have a husband who tells me I'm beautiful all the time."
