Ummm, yeah relax there lady. Just some crazy person trying to cash in on a silly thing. So the Dunkin' Donuts worker didn't give her a receipt. BIG DEAL. Her nasty words and obvious verbal abuse towards the crew speak volumes. It's pretty painful to watch.
