Kris Humphries Pulls A Sneaky One On Kanye West
Kris Humphries' legal team hid a subpoena in a delivery box for Kanye West.
Lawyers acting for the basketball star and his estranged wife Kim Kardashian appeared in court today as part of ongoing divorce proceedings and the reality TV star's lawyer Laura Wasser revealed the ploy to the judge.
According to the lawyer, Kris' representatives tried to serve the subpoena to the rapper by putting it into a box from department store Nortstrom and having it sent to his girlfriend Kim's house.
Ms. Wasser also complained that her client has already racked up a $250,000 bill in attorney's fees yet it is unclear what Kris - who is seeking an annulment as he claims the couple's 72-day marriage was a fraud - is trying to achieve in dragging out the proceedings.
She added that there was evidence to confirm reports that Kris and his legal team want to put reality TV on trial, noting they had also served Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner with a subpoena as well as NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows.
Kris' lawyer Marshall Waller told the court he wants to prove the marriage, which took place in August 2011, was a fraud which Kim wanted to boost her reality show and said he wants to be armed with more information about the program before taking the brunette beauty's deposition.
Ms. Wasser then asked why it is important to get an annulment but Mr. Waller did not answer.
Kim's representative stated that she intends to get Kris to pay every penny of Kim's attorney's fees.
On her way out of court, Ms. Wasser said told TMZ: "We're just moving forward. My client just wants to be divorced."
Neither Kim nor Kris was in court today.
Chuck D Laughs At Jay-Z and Kanye West
Chuck D has blasted Jay-Z and Kanye West.
The veteran Public Enemy rapper has recorded a track, 'Catch the Thrown', as a response to the hip-hop stars' collaborative single 'Watch the Throne', which questions what the pair stand for and represent.
He said: "Hip-hop celebrates those that want to make a killing, instead of those that can make a living.
"I like those guys, but they make me laugh sometimes because I don't get who they're here for, other than themselves."
Chuck also sees himself and Public Enemy's other main rapper, Flavor Flav, as The Rolling Stones of hip-hop, because they have been rapping so long and still continue to record and tour.
He added: "I already see us as The Rolling Stones of rap. I'm 52 and Flav's 53, that's 105 years coming at ya."
Chuck has no plans to retire anytime soon, and would love to continue like an old blue musician, saying: "I would like to [still be going in another 25 years]. B.B. King's still doing it at 87."
Kanye West To Record Album Of Animal Noises
Kanye West wants to make an album composed of animal noises.
The rapper, 35, experimented with them on his album with Jay-Z titled 'Watch The Throne'.
However he wants to take the sounds further by developing them into an entire record.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Kanye's telling mates this is his next ingenious plan.
"He's become so obsessed with roars, barks and jungle noises that he's experimenting with putting them on a recording."
The musician was recently burgled while in the UK promoting his work.
Police were called to the 'Stronger' rapper's home in Los Angeles last week by one of his entourage, who is staying there while he is on tour in the UK.
According to TMZ.com there was "evidence the thieves dropped some of Kanye's possessions on the way out."
It is not known what, if anything, was taken from the house while he was performing in Birmingham, England as part of his tour.
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson said: "I can confirm there was a burglary."
Officer Bruce Borihahn added to the Los Angeles Times newspaper the attempted burglary took place at around 6:30am at the rapper's home on Fareholm Drive.
