Meanwhile Jennifer is dating her 'Ghost Whisperer' co-star Jamie Kennedy.

The 30-year-old actress has been growing increasingly close to her colleague
since he became her shoulder to cry on in the wake of her split from her
fiance actor Ross McCall.

A source said: "Jennifer and Jamie have got closer and closer since he
joined the cast of her show last year. They hit it off right away, and her
feelings for him have only grown stronger. She's trying to keep her
relationship with Jamie a secret, telling people they're just friends, but
she won't be able to hide her true feelings for much longer."

As well as getting close on set, the pair have been spotted snuggling up
most evenings.

The source explained to Star magazine: "They work together all day
and hang out most nights. And when they aren't together, they're constantly
on the phone. Jamie makes her laugh, which she really appreciates after
crying over Ross the last few months."

Jennifer and Scottish actor Ross separated last December. They got engaged
in November 2007 after almost two years of dating.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is “having a tough time” coping with her relationship
breakdown.

The 29-year-old ‘Ghost Whisperer’ star – who split with fiance Ross McCall
over Christmas – is back on the set of her hit show, but seems “quiet” and
“sad”.

A source told People magazine: “She is usually very bubbly, but she is more
quiet and seems sad. She usually hangs out with the crew between takes, but
now she is only hanging out with her bodyguard.”

But no matter how upset she was, friends say Jennifer would never consider
taking time off work.

The source said: “She is always so professional. She would never even think
to miss a day of work because of personal problems.”

Jennifer and the 32-year-old ‘Band of Brothers’ actor got engaged in
November 2007 after two years together. Friends and family were shocked when
they announced their relationship was over.

Another source said: “They're both really sad about this. Even their friends
are surprised, they seemed really happy.”
