‘I’d love more children. I’m 44, so who knows how much longer I can wait?’ The Oscar winner told one U.S. magazine last month.

But while she may be worrying about her age, her years haven’t taken their toll on the beauty who puts her fabulous figure down to a strict exercise regime to regulate her blood sugar levels.

The starlet said: ‘I exercise all the time because I’m a diabetic.’

Halle was diagnosed at 19 and was taking insulin until a change in her diet and exercise program a few years ago enabled her to stabilize and stop taking the hormone.

After releasing her third Coty perfume this year alongside a grueling film schedule Halle is not slowing down and she will return to work after spending time with Olivier Martinez and Nahla over Christmas.

At the Frankie and Alice film premiere last month Halle announced her intention to head to Broadway.

She will tread the boards in her first ever stage role in the play The Mountaintop alongside Pulp Fiction actor Samuel L Jackson.

The play is about a night Martin Luther King Jr spent in a Memphis hotel the night of his famous 'I've been to the mountaintop' speech. It is due to kick off next Autumn.
