Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have a new baby, courtesy of a surrogate ... TMZ has learned. Sources tell us ... the baby was born at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville last week. Her name is Faith. We're told Nicole and Keith went into the hospital on the down low, visiting Faith and the mother during her stay. They entered the hospital through the back, took the service elevator to the top floor, which they rented exclusively for themselves. We're told the baby is home.

Nicole Kidman Wants To Look Really Pregnant
Nicole Kidman has chosen Patrick Demarchelier to take exclusive photographsof her pregnant body.
The 40-year-old actress - who is expecting her first biological child with
husband Keith Urban - is said to have decided on the renowned photographer
to take the exclusive snaps, but wants to wait until she is nearly ready to
give birth before the shoot.
A source close to the 'Cold Mountain' actress told the New York Daily News
newspaper: "Nicole wants to wait until she looks really pregnant."
Nicole displays her bump proudly.
How Tom Cruise Protected Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman allegedly had a clause written into her prenuptial agreement with Keith Urban that he had to go to rehab if he started drinking or taking drugs again - on the insistence of ex-husband Tom Cruise.According to reports, country music star Keith did not check himself into rehab to be treated for alcohol addition voluntarily last month, but because of a legal obligation in his prenup specified by Tom to protect his children with Nicole.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Nicole's lawyer put this clause in to demonstrate to Tom that Keith's past problems wouldn't affect the kids."
The 39-year-old 'Cold Mountain actress has two adopted children with Tom, Connor, 11, and Isabella, 13.
Since Nicole remarried she has not seen much of the children as they have spent most of their time with Tom and his new fiancée Katie Holmes.
Nicole has also had to put her baby plans on hold since Keith was admitted to rehab.
A source said: "Nicole will not entertain plans for kids until she is sure Keith is back on track and clean again. They are both very much in love and have often talked about starting a family but all that has been pushed aside while he deals with his problem. She already has two much-loved children and while she's mothering Keith she's hardly going to be in a good position to have more."
The couple married this summer and Nicole has made no secret that she would like to have a baby.
She said: "I'd like to give birth to a baby. I'd feel blessed if that was given to me."

Nicole Kidman Forced Keith Urban into Rehab
Nicole Kidman reportedly told husband Keith Urban their marriage was over unless he checked into rehab.The country singer allegedly confessed to Nicole over the phone that he'd started drinking again while she was away in Europe filming her latest movie.
A source told Life and Style magazine: "Nicole called Keith and confronted him. He got defensive and accused her of spying on him. She gave him a choice. He could enter a program or she'd leave him.
"He chose the former. Keith can't stand the thought of life without Nicole. That's his motivation to kick this thing for good."
The source also revealed the 'Cold Mountain' star has been comforted by her ex-husband Tom Cruise, who is due to marry Katie Holmes in November.
The source said: "As soon as Tom heard, he called Nic to offer any help he could give. He said to call anytime for anything she needs. It meant a lot to Nicole.
"She's an emotional wreck. She would never say it to Keith, but she's telling her family and close friends that her marriage is hanging by the thread.
The source added: "She says she wants to help Keith conquer his demons so the two of them can move on with their lives."
Urban, 39, checked into rehab last Thursday (10.19.06).

Nicole Kidman’s Husband Enters Rehab
Country singer Keith Urban checked into a rehab center Thursday night with wife Nicole Kidman by his side, according to a statement from his rep.People
"I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me," Urban says in the statement. "One can never let one's guard down on recovery and I'm afraid that I have. With the strength and unwavering support I am blessed to have from my wife, family and friends, I am determined and resolved to a positive outcome."

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban got married Sunday at Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel on St. Patrick's Estate at Manly in Sydney.
"Nicole cried all the way to the church in the car and then she cried all during the ceremony and had to wipe her eyes under the veil," a guest tells People.People
"It was the most emotional and beautiful ceremony. Nicole looked ethereal with her veil floating, like a vision in white. ... Keith cried when he looked at her.
"It was so intense," the guest says. "When her veil was lifted, he moved right in and he grabbed her and kissed her. It was a long, passionate kiss. (Then) everything went from being quiet and elegant and intense to really loud, like we were suddenly at a soccer game. There was screaming and hollering and such excitement.
"But when Nicole and Keith looked at each other it was like they were the only two people in the room. They are so deeply in love. It was the most incredible wedding."
Later in the evening, the newlyweds released a statement: "We just want to thank everyone in Australia and around the world who have sent us their warm wishes."
