Elton John: Madonna is a fairground stripper
Elton John has slammed Madonna, saying she resembles a "f***ing fairground stripper".
The 'Rocket Man' hitmaker blasted the 53-year-old singer after claiming she was "horrible" to Lady Gaga - who is godmother to Elton and his husband David Furnish's 19-month-old son Zachary - and says the 'Turn Up the Radio' singer has no right to criticize other artists because her "career is over" and her recent 'MDNA' tour has been a flop.
Speaking on Australian news and current affairs program 'Sunday Night', he said: "Why is she such a nightmare? Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn't happen to a bigger ****.
"If Madonna had any common sense she would have made a record like 'Ray of Light' and stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and make great pop records, which she does brilliantly.
"But no, she had to go and prove ... she looks like a f***ing fairground stripper. She's been horrible to Gaga."
Madonna - who has sported a number of flash-flashing outfits throughout her tour - has criticized Gaga on a number of occasions and recently hit out at her after the 26-year-old pop star's single 'Born This Way' had many similarities to her own 1989 hit 'Express Yourself'.
She said: "I thought, 'What a wonderful way to redo my song.' I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was ... interesting."
Earlier this year, Elton reignited his long-running feud with Madonna by implying she wouldn't sing live at the Super Bowl half-time show, saying she should "lip-synch good" in her performance.
The 65-year-old musician's comments came after David had branded Madonna "embarrassing" and "desperate" after her song 'Masterpiece' - from her directorial debut movie 'W.E.' - beat Elton's efforts on animated film 'Gnomeo and Juliet' to win a Golden Globe award.
He wrote on Facebook: "Madonna. Best song???? F**k off!!!
"Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in its narcissism. And her criticism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is. (sic)"

Elton John: I Thought People Knew I Was Gay
Elton John always thought his homosexuality was "common knowledge".
The 65-year-old singer - who said he was bisexual in 1976 and married Renate Blauel in 1984, before confirming he was gay in 1988 - says he was "waiting" to be asked about his sexual preferences as it was never something he kept secret.
Asked by 'Today' host Matt Lauer why he didn't come out until he was in his 40s, he said: "Nobody asked me. When [journalist] Cliff Jahr asked me in Rolling Stone, 'I'm gonna ask you a question, but if you don't want to answer it, I'm gonna turn the tape recorder off.'
"And I said, 'You're gonna ask me if I'm gay or not.' And he said, 'How did you know that?'
"I said, 'I've been waiting for people to ask me this. It's not exactly a secret. I live with my manager. I'm openly gay outside. I don't have a girlfriend. And nobody's ever actually out - I just thought it was common knowledge.' "
Elton - who has an 18-month-old son, Zachary, with partner David Furnish - insists he never hid his sexuality for the sake of his career because he didn't think it would affect it, though he found his belief was wrong.
He added: "I honestly didn't [think it would hurt my career]. And, to be honest with you, it did a little bit. In America, people burned my records for a second and radio stations didn't play me."

Apparently Elton John and his partner are NOT amused. According to ABC News:
Madonna told ABC News she “doesn’t feel bad” about taking home the Golden Globe for Best Song, despite getting the public wrath of Elton John’s camp over losing to her.
“I hope he speaks to me,” Madonna said backstage at last night’s Golden Globes. “He’s known to get mad at me, [but] he’ll win another award. I don’t feel bad.”
Elton John and his partner David Furnish were reportedly irate that Madonna’s song “Masterpiece” from her upcoming film, ”W.E.,” beat out John’s “Hello, Hello” from the animated feature ”Gnomeo and Juliet.” Cameras cut away from Madonna during her acceptance speech to show a stone-faced John during the awards show.
Furnish took to his Facebook fan page, according to TMZ, and wrote: “Madonna. Best song???? F— off!!!”

Eminem On Guns, His Friendship With Elton John, and Fat Jessica Simpson
The ‘We Made You’ rapper despises firearms and doesn’t want to be aroundthem after two of his uncles committed suicide and his best friend, rapper

He told the Detroit Metro Times newspaper: “For me, personally, I mean, I'm
done with guns. You know what I mean? They certainly never ever brought
anything good into my life. Especially with my own family and our history of
suicide and s**t like that. And my own personal experience with guns. And
then you lose your best friend to guns. Guns are just bad news.”
The rapper also revealed ‘Circle of Life’ singer Elton John has been
helping him in his battle to overcome drug addiction.
He added: “I talk to Elton a lot. We became friends and I talk to him about
things, career wise. And he had a substance abuse problem in the past. So
when I first wanted to get sober, I called him and spoke to him about it
because, he's somebody who's in the business and can identify and relate to
the lifestyle.
“Me and him have had similar lives and stuff. So I reached out to him and
told him, ‘Look, I'm going through a problem and I need your advice.’ ”

Meanwhile, Eminem has defended his use of an overweight Jessica Simpson
character in the promo for ‘We Made You’, insisting he has captured a moment
in time.
He explained: “We were going to have a chick who looked like Jessica
Simpson.
“But then Jessica got fat. I mean, not really fat but she certainly got fat
for Jessica Simpson!
“I think that my videos are little time capsules. So I've always wanted
people to be able to look back at each video and go, ‘Oh, remember what was
going on at that moment! That's when Jessica Simpson got fat.’ ”
