The official word from the couple is that all is well. But another source says they could be close to splitting, with Star considering a divorce lawyer.

The couple has been under scrutiny since their November 2004 wedding, which made headlines for the freebies they solicited from sponsors. And stories that Reynolds dated men before walking down the aisle led many to question whether it was a match made in heaven.

Gwen Stefani Has a Boy

Gwen Stefani and her husband of three years, rocker Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their first child together on Friday – a 7 1/2 lb. baby boy named Kingston James McGregor Rossdale.

Stefani gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Both mother and child are doing well, said her rep in a statement.

Brandon Davis Apologizes to Lindsay Lohan

Brandon Davis has apologized to Lindsay Lohan for calling her "fire crotch". The oil heir let rip with a tirade of abuse during a night out at a Los Angeles night club last week, while the 'Mean Girls' star's rival, Paris Hilton, stood by and laughed.

Davis - who used the phrase "fire crotch" to describe Lohan's allegedly ginger pubic hair - told New York Post newspaper:

"My behavior on May 16 was inexcusable.

"What started out as a joke got completely carried away and I am horrified at the words that came out of my mouth. I consider Lindsay a friend and I hope she accepts my sincere apology for my reprehensible actions last week."

During the rant, Davis went on to accuse Lohan of having poor personal hygiene claiming her privates "smell of diarrhoea".

He also said: "I think she's worth about seven million dollars, which means she's really poor.

"It's disgusting. She lives in a motel."

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for 'House of Wax' star Paris - who laughed as the diatribe continued and has a long running rivalry with Lohan - said: "The only thing I want to underscore is the person making the statements was not Paris Hilton. "It is unfair to characterise Brandon's statements as being reflective of Paris' feelings about Lindsay. We're dealing with two different people."



This apology should mean nothing to Lohan. We all know he meant every word.
