Carmen Electra Fit This Role Perfect

Carmen Electra didn't have to watch any adult movies to research her porn
star role in new movie 'I Want Candy' - because she has seen enough already.

The sexy star plays a top adult movie actress called Candy Fiveways in the
new British comedy - which tells the story of two wannabe porn directors -
and had no problem relating to the role because she is already a porn
connoisseur.

Speaking at the London premiere of the film last night (03.20.07), Carmen
told BANG Showbiz: "I didn't really need to do any research for the part,
like watch lots of porn films. I've already seen enough!"



The 34-year-old model-and-actress didn't have to audition for the part of
Candy, as director Stephen Surjik had seen Carmen nude in Playboy, and knew
she was "perfect for the part".

Carmen - who shot to fame in hit TV series 'Baywatch' - was a member of The
Pussycat Dolls when the glamorous group was a dance troupe.




The star also has her own range of raunchy fitness DVDs, 'Carmen Electra
Aerobic Striptease', which combines classic striptease with a workout.

Her book, 'How To Be Sexy', is due out in May.

Carmen said: "The book has all sorts of tips, about make-up, clothes, body
language. But my number one tip for any woman would be dress up in sexy
lingerie!"

So while officially, Carmen will be in Palm Springs to perform with her all-girl burlesque group, the Bombshell Babies, insiders believe she has much more in store! “Carmen said, ‘I’m going to drop a huge bomb at the Dinah that’s going to surprise a lot of people,”” says another source. “She hasn’t said specifically that she’ll make an announcement about she and Joan being a couple, but it seems like the logical explanation!”

As Star has reported, Joan and Carmen have been looking very cozy in recent months, after meeting at last year’s Dinah Shore Weekend.

“They’ve been dating since before Thanksgiving,” says a source. “They don’t co-habitate, but they do spend a lot of time together.”
