... Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin tampering with the seating chart so she could sit on the dais next to "Hustle & Flow" hunk Terrence Howard at Saturday's National Association of Black-Owned Broadcasters' dinner in Washington.

The 63-year-old Franklin, who received a Pioneer in Music Award, gushed over the 37-year-old Howard, telling the crowd:

"Twenty years ago, I would have hustled and flowed with him. He sure is fine! I have to say that every time I see him. Hallelujah, glory to God! This man is fine."
