Jenna Jameson says "500 sit ups a day" made giving birth easy.

The former adult movie star - who welcomed twins Jesse Jameson and Journey
Jette into the world on March 15 - boasts her strong stomach muscles aided
the fast delivery.

She wrote on her MySpace blog: "I was blessed with a very easy labor, it
lasted about 2 hours. When it came to pushing them out, I truly believe the
500 sit ups a day paid off. I was able to push my 5 pound Jesse out in 5
pushes. Journey who was 4lb 11oz was out in 3 pushes (sic)."

Jenna was forced to spend two months in hospital on bed rest prior to the
birth, but insists the experience hasn't put her and her partner, mixed
martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz, off having more children.

She said: "I loved the whole process of being pregnant and I hope to have
another baby someday.... but in the meantime, I'm having a blast with my two
little monsters! By the way, Jesse looks like me and Journey looks like
Tito! I feel like the luckiest girl ever!!!!!!"

Yes everyone, I can officially confirm that Tito and I are expecting twins! I had my second ultrasound today and was greeted by two big healthy babies with pounding hearts. I can't even express the extreme serenity that came over me once I saw my children inside me. It has been my dream to have children for an exremely long time, and I truly feel like finally... the time is right and god has blessed me. I have never felt more like a woman, or more alive.

Tito is happier than I have ever seen him, it is so fulfilling to see him so proud. He looked me in the eye today after our doctors appointmet and said "I'm the luckiest man on earth... thank you for having my babies". I cried.

i have been spending my days on bedrest, not because it is doctor ordered... but because, I am so incredibly fatigued and nauseous. Its hard to drag myself out of bed some mornings, which is hard for me... since I am always so active! I have officially gained 7 pounds so far, and am planning on a lot more. I crave fruit by the gallon... ornages and pineapple are at the top of my list. Cereal at 3 am suits me every night!

Lastly, I want to thank all of you for your unwavering support. It means so much to me, I don't think you even know. There are a lot of nasty comments from insensitive people, but in my state of incredible happiness... It doesnt matter what they say!

Former Porn Star Jenna Jameson is Pregnant

Jenna Jameson is reportedly expecting her first child with boyfriend Tito Ortiz

The former adult movie star is said to be “thrilled” she will soon be starting a family with Ultimate Fighting Championship star Tito, and is determined to focus on the baby rather than any professional engagements.



A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Jenna had a bunch of meetings and things planned for Fashion Week, including meetings for her own line, but she's postponed everything.

“She's completely thrilled, this is something she's wanted for a very long time.”

Jenna has made no secret of her desire to have children with Tito, but insists she does not want to marry the sportsman.



Speaking earlier this year, she said: “I think I'm going to stay unmarried, and just go for the babies! We're trying for a baby, so hopefully in the next couple of months I could be pregnant."

The 34-year-old beauty – who is widely considered to be the ‘Queen of Porn’ – was pregnant when she was married to Jay Grdina, but miscarried. The couple divorced in 2006.
