Naomi Campbell Not Drunk Just Retarded
Naomi Campbell denies she was drunk when she fell over after a night out.The supermodel, 38, was clubbing on the Italian island of Capri when she was
photographed being hauled up from the pavement in the early hours of
Wednesday morning (06.11.08).
Naomi has however insisted she was just playing a "trust game" with friends.
Her agent said: "It was just a bit of fun and not down to drink. Naomi was
playing this trust game, where you fall into a friend's arms. It's very hot
down there, so that could have something to do with it."

Witnesses say Naomi went limp and her eyes glazed over as she dropped into
the arms of one of her party. Another clubber also tried to grab her arm to
stop her from taking a tumble. The supermodel had arrived on the island by
boat on Tuesday and after enjoying time with friends headed to a
nightclub at around 1am on Wednesday.
One onlooker said: "We heard a little shriek and turned around. She was
close to having a very embarrassing moment indeed, but managed to laugh it
off."
Naomi could possibly face jail next week if convicted of air rage charges.
She is due to appear at magistrate's court in West London for the case on
June 20.
Model Naomi Campbell Charged
Naomi Campbell has been charged with assaulting two police officers.The 37-year-old supermodel - who was removed from a British Airways plane at
London’s Heathrow Airport on April 3 - was told she faces prosecution on
five different counts as she arrived at Heathrow police station, in West
London, to answer bail yesterday morning (05/29/08).
Naomi’s lawyer Simon Nicholls said: “Ms. Campbell is bitterly disappointed
to find out she will be prosecuted on the five charges.
“Prosecutors in this case have decided she needs to be prosecuted in the
magistrates court. She respects that decision and she hopes this matter is
dealt with expeditiously.”
Following the alleged assault, Naomi was removed from the flight from London
to Los Angeles and banned from British Airways for life.
She now faces three counts of assaulting a constable, a charge which carries
a maximum sentence of six months in prison and a $10,000 fine
She also faces a count of disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment,
alarm or distress - for which she could be fined up to $5,000 - and one
count of using threatening, abusive words or behavior towards cabin crew,
for which there is a maximum penalty of $2,000.
She will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on June 20, according to the
Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Naomi refused to comment as she left the station, but she had no problem flashing an akward smile.

Pop wreck Britney Spears has been ordered to pay her dad a further $10,000 (USD) for looking after her, court papers reveal. Private chef Jamie Spears has been forced to give up his job while he devotes himself to helping his troubled daughter get her life back on track. An LA court has approved his application for compensation of $2,500 (USD) a week for loss of earnings during a month-long period earlier this year. It dates back to the start of February, when Jamie was made a conservator of Britney's estate. The court had already authorized his co-conservators to pay him $2,500 a week from the estate dating back to March 3. The court papers say: "As a result of the responsibilities Mr Spears has assumed as Temporary Conservator of the Person and Temporary Co-Conservator of the Estate, he has been unable to continue his prior employment and thus no longer has the source of income he previously had in order to pay his expenses and bills. Britney has turned her life around since Jamie's intervention.
That sucks she has to pay him for being her Dad. Brit needs to take more control or everyone will suck her dry.

Jury Watched R. Kelly Sex Tape With The Lights Out

The judge ordered the courtroom lights to be lowered and the blinds drawn. And then, the 25-minute sex tape at the heart of the R. Kelly child pornography case played Tuesday before a packed house: a Chicago courtroom.
R&B superstar Kelly sat expressionless as the tape was played. He's charged with 14 counts of child pornography and faces 15 years in prison if convicted.
Sketch artists were warned that if they drew any depiction of the acts on the tape, they, too, could be charged with child pornography.
On the tape, the man's face is seen only in profile, but the face of the alleged underage girl is plainly visible. At times she appears bored, and she rarely speaks, except when the man tells her to call him "Daddy."
After a variety of sex acts including oral sex, masturbation and urination, the video ends with the man appearing to tenderly wipe the girl off with a towel and then hand her some money.
The alleged victim, now 23, denies that she's the girl in the video. Kelly has denied that he is the man depicted in the tape.
