Frat Boys Sue Borat

Borat - aka Sacha Baron Cohen - is being sued for being a prankster.
Two anonymous US college students who appear in the 'Borat' movie have filed
a lawsuit against the comedian for allegedly getting them drunk before
asking them to sign a legal agreement permitting footage of them to be used
in the comedy film.
The legal document, filed yesterday (11.09.06), begins: "Sacha Baron Cohen
is a prankster."
The two fraternity brothers - only named as John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 -
claim they "have suffered and will continue to suffer humiliation, mental
anguish, mental and physical distress and loss of reputation, goodwill and
standing in the community in which they live, work and learn."
Both students are seeking unspecified financial damages from Cohen which
legal papers state to be "in excess of $25,000".
The two men, one of whom is under 21, claim they were taken, "to a drinking
establishment 'to loosen up' and provided alcoholic beverages", and claim
they signed the movie releases after a "heavy drinking" session.
It is alleged the students were then taken to a motor home where they were
filmed and "encouraged to continue drinking" before watching the Pamela
Anderson/Tommy Lee sex tape with Cohen.
They also claim they were promised the film would only been shown in Europe
and not in the US - where it actually ended up reaching number 1 in the box
office charts.

Pamela’s Pet Turtle Farts - Denise Richards Attacks Senior
Pamela Anderson has revealed the turtle in her new movie can't stop farting.
The former 'Baywatch' actress - who is currently in Vancouver, Canada, shooting 'Blonde and Blonder' - is finding it difficult to keep a straight face during filming because of her flatulent pet reptile.
She revealed: "My animatronics pet turtle is hysterical. He keeps farting all over set. I can't wait for this movie to come out in May. I may have to bring him on our press tour. Farts are always funny."
Pamela, who is starring alongside Denise Richards in the movie, plays a ditzy blonde bombshell with a pampered pet turtle.
However, the actress - who is a prominent member of animal rights group PETA - wouldn't commit to the role until she had assurances no real turtles would be used or harmed in the making of the film.
She said: "My pet is a turtle in the movie - animatronics of course. No real turtles are being used. No animals at all. It's an animal friendly set. That battle was won. Thank you."
Earlier this year, the actress posed virtually naked in the shop window of fashion designer Stella McCartney's London boutique as part of an anti-fur protest.

Denise Richards was involved in a bizarre incident with paparazzi Wednesday on the Canadian set of her new movie Blonde and Blonder, where laptop computers were hurled and a senior citizen slightly injured, a spokesman for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police tells PEOPLE.
The Mounties were summoned to the movie location at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, British Columbia, a suburb of Vancouver, after Richards took issue with the presence of two unauthorized photographers on the set, said Cpl. Peter Thiessen, a media relations officer for the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The actress approached the photographers and threw their laptops off the balcony of the hotel, said Thiessen, adding that a computer "struck an 80-year-old women in a wheelchair. It struck her in the arm. She was not interested in pursuing criminal charges and suffered only minor injuries."

Reese Witherspoon Ends it with Ryan For Good
Reese Witherspoon has filed for divorce from Ryan Phillippe. The Oscar-winning actress cited irreconcilable differences and has asked for
joint custody of the couple's children - seven-year-old Ava and
three-year-old Deacon - but is seeking physical custody with visitation
rights granted to her husband.
Reese, 30, has also requested "exclusive use of the family residence" and
asked that the court terminate its right to grant Ryan spousal support.
It is believed the couple did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement and under
California Law Ryan is entitled to 50 per cent of all Reese's earnings
during the marriage.
The 'Legally Blonde' actress now earns $20 million a movie while her husband
only commands $2.5 million.
In 2005 alone Reese earned $30 million dollars for 'Just Like Heaven' and
her Oscar-winning role in Johnny Cash biopic 'Walk The Line'.
Ryan has only appeared in two hit films in the last six years - 'Gosford
Park' and 'Crash'.
The divorce papers state that separate property is yet to be determined.
Yesterday (11.08.06), Ryan, 32, spoke publicly for the first time about
their split, insisting that his intentions were not cruel.
According to People magazine, he said: "I'm not a perfect person, but I'm
not guilty of a lot of the things I have been accused of. My priority is and
always has been the health and safety of my family."
His representatives deny accusations that the 'Cruel Intentions' star has
indulged in hard partying and drug use.
But according to a source at a Santa Monica bar that Ryan used to frequent
"they would fight over that kind of thing all the time. He got away with a
lot and he knows it."
The couple - who met at Reese's 21st birthday party - were married for seven
years.
It was alleged last week that the cause for the break-up Ryan's affair with

Angelina Jolie Just Wants To Help

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have abandoned their plans to adopt an Indian
baby because of the controversy surrounding Madonna's recent adoption.
The Hollywood couple - who have a baby daughter Shiloh and two adopted
children, five-year-old son Maddox, who is Cambodian, and Ethiopian daughter
Zahara, who is 22-months-old - planned to give a home to an Indian orphan
but have been put off by the criticism Madonna has received for adopting a
13-month-old Malawian boy.
A source told Britain's New magazine: "No one wants to be dragged through
the heartache that Madonna has. It's a real shame.
"Angelina was so saddened. When people start questioning the legality of
adoption, of whether you'll be able to keep the child, it gets into a
territory that's just heartbreaking."
Angelina and Brad are currently in Pune, India, filming 'A Mighty Heart',
which Angelina is starring in and Brad is producing, and last month they
visited the Priva Darshini orphanage together.
The source revealed: "Angelina has a philosophy that people enter your life
for a reason, that you go to a place for a reason. This made India a perfect
spot for them to explore introducing a new culture into their lives. She
believes so strongly in adoption.
"Brad would prefer a boy no older than 18 months to even out the sexes but
Angie has told him she can't guarantee she won't fall in love with a little
girl.
"They had originally hoped to be able to bring the child home before
Christmas, and had even thought of a name, India, to honour the child's
homeland."
Brad recently said he would like at least six children, enough to make a
mini-soccer team, while Angelina has made no secret of her desire to have a
big adopted family.
She recently said: "I believe I'm meant to find my children in the world and
not necessarily have them genetically."
