Charlie Sheen Deserves Worst Husband Award

Denise Richards filed documents Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that estranged husband Charlie Sheen pushed her, shoved her and threatened to kill her.

Here are some highlights:

- Charlie told Denise that he was sober and had never been with a prostitute while sober.

- He was taking Zanex during their honeymoon in June of 2002 and purchased drugs including Norco and Ativan via the internet.

- Six months into the marriage Charlie had a daily gambling habit that led to severe and violent "mood swings."

- When Denise became pregnant with their daughter in 2003 he told Denise he didn't want to be the father and asked her to get an abortion. He finally accepted to go through with the pregnancy after Denise threatened to leave him.

- He wasn't enthusiastic about the baby and told his wife he was no longer attracted to her. Sheen was also furious the baby was a girl.

- Sheen became paranoid and developed strange obsessions including his beleif that vaccines are nothing but poison.


Charlie also:

*purchased gas masks on the internet

*kept guns under the coffee table for quick access

*became verbally abusive after Denise stopped breast-feeding and made a switch to formula because he thought it would cause "brain damage"

*told Richards that she "poisoned" their daughter after going to the doctor for infant shots

*had an "abnormal fascination" with Nicole Simpson's death and showed Denise and her mother autopsy photos

*ripped up their wedding photo and spray painted it with the words "the dumbest day of my life"

*told Denise he had a "madam" and that prostitutes were emailing him

*accessed gay porn sites featuring boys who looked underage and when confronted Charlie said, "I hope you f-king die, bitch."

*joined websites that featured "very young girls with pigtails, braces, and no pubic hair performing oral sex acts on each other"

*had a profile on a sex dating site which featured "his erect penis" as his member photo which was emailed out to at least 30 women

*told her to "f--k myself" after she asked about his AIDS test results

*gambled like an addict on the hotel computer, watched TV nonstop and popped pills while on their Barbados vacation

Lenny Kravitz Sued for the Third Time Over a Toilet

Lenny Kravitz is being sued for the third time over a toilet that overflowed in his Manhattan penthouse during 2004. Pacific Indemnity Insurance Company wants Kravitz to fork up $457,339 - the amount the firm paid policy-holder Mark Van Lith for damages to his $2.7 million fourth-floor apartment. The rock star is now facing claims totaling $800,000 for damages caused by his overflowing toilet to three different tenants.

Kravitz purchased the Soho condominium in 2001 for $7.1 million and has since put it on the market for $13 million.

Two Lawsuits ... One Toilet.

Lawsuit #1: October 2004

Lenny Kravitz's toilet caused "catastrophic water damage" to an apartment directly beneath the musician in August 2004.

A lawsuit filed by Amica Mutual Insurance company claimed that his toilet became "blocked, clogged and congested with various materials," leading to major water damage to the downstairs apartment of businessman Joel Disend. The incident was due to "negligence and carelessness" of the matter and the insurance company had to fork over $333,849 for repairs.

Lawsuit #2: October 2005

Same situation. Same toilet. Different tenant.

Allstate Insurance wants $9387 for damages they had to pay Daniel Pelson, a neighbor from a few floors down.

How ridiculous is this? The lawsuit blames Kravitz for neglecting his clogged toilet.

My question: Has he changed the toilet or is he waiting for lawsuit #3?

Jennifer Lopez Strikes Back at Ex-Husband

Jennifer Lopez has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ojani Noa, who were briefly married in 1997. The two met at a restaurant he worked at in Miami.

Noa has demanded $5 million from the Latin star to keep him from releasing the tell-all book.

Ojani claims that Lopez cheated on Sean "P.Diddy" Combs in 1999 with her current husband Marc Anthony who was married to Dayanara Torres at the time.
