Usher Cheated With His Bride’s Bridesmaid
Usher has been accused of cheating on his ex-wife with her bridesmaid.
The 33-year-old singer was questioned about sleeping with the woman during his two-year marriage to Tameka Foster during his appearance at Fulton County Court, Atlanta on Tuesday.
The star - whose full name is Usher Terry Raymond IV - is currently embroiled in a custody battle over his two children Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, three.
Apparently his lawyer objected to being quizzed about the incident involving Maya Fox Davis who used to be a nanny to their offspring and was also involved in their 2007 wedding.
According to TMZ, he was asked if she left her work position "because you were discovered in bed with [her]."
The trial is in recess and will be back in session in July.
Usher broke down in tears at allegations he was a bad father on Monday.
The 'Without You' singer was accused of excessive partying by his former partner's attorney, who showed pictures of him out at clubs while in Europe recently.
The attorney also asked him whether he took drugs to try and prove he was not a fit parent to stop him from getting further time with his kids.
John Travolta Sex Accusers’ Lawyers Sue Each Other
The lawyer who filed a lawsuit against John Travolta on behalf of two unnamed masseurs is suing their new legal representation.
Original prosecution attorney Okorie Okorocha has accused Gloria Allred of stealing one of his clients.
He filed the lawsuit, claiming Gloria approached the anonymous second masseur - John Doe #2 - asking him to dismiss Okorie and hire her.
Okorie dropped the first masseur - known only as John Doe #1 - after it emerged that Travolta was in New York and not Beverly Hills, California as stated, on the date the alleged sexual assault occurred.
In his lawsuit, Okorie says Doe #1 hired Gloria, and then she approached the other masseur.
He attached text messages to his lawsuit between himself and John Doe #2.
He wrote: "I can't believe f**king Allred called you. She ain't been in a courtroom in 20 years. Just doing stupid ass press conference side shows."
In a statement Gloria insisted she will file a counterclaim against him for defamation.
She added: "Doe #1 and Doe #2 contacted me seeking representation, and we have the evidence to prove it.
"Mr. Okorocha's lawsuit will be dismissed, and we will ultimately recover a judgment against him."

Usher Testifies Against Ex-Wife
Usher claims ex-wife Tameka Foster spat on his current girlfriend during a row.
The 'OMG' singer - who is currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his former spouse over their kids Usher, four, and Naviyd, three - took to the stand in an Atlanta court today where he testified against Tameka and alleged she "wanted to fight" when he turned up at her house with his new flame.
According to gossip website TMZ, Usher claims Tameka walked to his car and said, 'I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?
"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."
Usher claims he had to get out of the car and block Tameka but she hit him. He then pleaded with Tameka to calm down, but claims "she threw a plate of food at the car". He then said he fled the situation.
At the beginning of this month, the couple were ordered to work out their differences and come to an agreement over custody of their children, a sticking point in their divorce proceedings.
Usher, 33, and Tameka, 40, filed for divorce in June 2009 after almost two years of marriage. She later filed court documents in Georgia asking the singer to be stripped of joint physical custody of their sons.
Tameka has previously alleged Usher is behind on $34,000 worth of payments after promising her $5,000-a-month to pay for a nanny.
Selena Gomez Hacker Jailed
A boy who hacked into Selena Gomez's Facebook account has been jailed for a year.
Gareth Crosskey was tracked down in a £50,000 investigation by the FBI and the British Met Police after he posed as Selena's stepfather Brian Teefey - the administrator of the page - and wrote to him claiming he had seen personal emails between Selena and her boyfriend Justin Bieber in January 2011.
He also claimed to have personal exchanges with Selena and her friend Demi Lovato.
Gareth, 21, pleaded guilty of two offences against the Computer Misuses Act at Southwark Crown Court and Judge John Price claimed Selena "deserved" her privacy.
According to The Sun newspaper, he said: "You are clever with a computer and you hacked into the private part of somebody's Facebook account. Selena Gomez has a Facebook account on which she has six million friends.
"They have permission to get into part of the account and you hacked into a private part by getting the email password. People deserve privacy and should not have their private correspondence made public."
However, prosecutor Corrine Bramwell said there was no evidence Gareth had got gold of any private emails in the attack.
Latest John Travolta Update In A Nut
TMZ: John Travolta didn't cough up a red cent to the two male masseurs who accused him of sexual battery despite the fact that both dismissed their lawsuits just days apart.
Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims."
As we reported, the second accuser fired his lawyer -- just two days after the first accuser filed papers dismissing his lawsuit. The second accuser is also expected to file papers dismissing his lawsuit.
It's unclear why accuser #2 is ending his Travolta war.
One John Travolta Lawsuit Dropped
Because I know you people have busy lives and want to get to the point real quick, John Travolta's first accuser's lawsuit was dropped on Friday and the second massage therapist is going to battle John off the public forum in a mediation in front of a private judge which should take around 1-2 months.
So, why did John Doe #1 drop the sexual harassment lawsuit vs sex crazed Travolta? Apparently he got the date of the assault wrong. And as for John #2, the case will be away from the media circus, safely tucked behind closed doors. The Atlanta based massage therapist filed his claims a few days after the first masseuse.
According to the lawsuit, the second victim alleges that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage on Travolta, as the massage came to an end "Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2's hand on Travolta's scrotum. Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2's upper thighs and buttocks....Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done, but Travolta's erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover...Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go," the docs state. Travolta has vehemently denied the allegations of both lawsuits.
