Teen Singer Miley Cyrus looked a bit into it and out of it while partying at the VIP Room in Paris, France on September 5, 2010. If you grew up like Miley and your father was famous for his Achy Breaky Heart, then you'd be dancing in the club too before you could walk.
In this picture she looks like she has a happy "high on life" face on while dancing with her girlfriend. Or maybe was the sugar from that "lollipop" she was sucking on.....

The 17-year-old singer presented a borderline racist tribal performance of "Can't Be Tamed" at the 2010 Much Music Video Awards (MMVAs) in Toronto Sunday night.
Cyrus screamed and squealed and threw around her wild hair while her back-up dancers sported grass skirts, tribal markings and generally acted like your stereotypical voodoo followers, complete with spears and shrunken (doll) heads.
At the beginning of her set, Cyrus emerged from what appeared to be a white egg and danced around the "tribe" members, many of whom were wearing khaki and donned spears.
Presumably Cyrus was the sub-Saharan African animal they were trying to tame as, at one point, she hung off a stick two men were holding as though she was one of the captives in "King Kong" (which was released in 1933, by the way).
There didn't appear to be any black face involved in Cyrus' show....
Anyone else think this performance was offensive???? WTF. Not really! What's the big deal? She's not allowed to do a tribal theme? This article in the NYDN is offensive!
Miley wore a hip hugging leather dress in the press room. She won International Video of the Year for Party in the U.S.A.

Miley Cyrus Will Be Sucked Into Other People’s Dreams
Miley Cyrus is reportedly in talks to shed her clean-cut image for good with a role in dark new movie WAKE.The 17-year-old actress made her name in Disney's Hannah Montana, and appeared in her first lead role away from the teen franchise in this year's The Last Song. She recently revealed she wants to focus on making movies over the next few years, and now she's said to be preparing to tackle a more grown-up part in paranormal thriller Wake.
The upcoming movie, based on the best-selling novel by Lisa McMann, tells the story of a teenage girl who is sucked into other people's dreams and ends up in a living nightmare.
Wake is the first of three books and movie bosses have reportedly bought the rights to the whole trilogy with plans to turn the stories into a franchise - and Cyrus is the favorite for the lead role, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Miley Cyrus Says She’s NOT Trying To Be Slutty
Seventeen year old singing sensation Miley Cyrus says she isn't trying to be slutty, but just comfortable.Via The Washington Post:
"I'm not trying to be 'slutty,'" said Cyrus in a recent interview. "I'm not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys ... What I'm trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress."
"I'm really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I've always been," she said.
"Now I'm able to do that a little more freely and, also, I've just grown up to be this way too. It's not like this was me five years ago. It's me now, presently."
On her Disney pop star days as Hannah Montana:
"When you're 11, the word you would use to describe someone is definitely not sexy, and as you get older I think you grow into that. And I think I've done that but that's not my schtick. That's not what I'm trying to do to sell records. I want people to buy my record because of my music."
