Miley Cyrus turns down roles for Liam
Miley Cyrus has turned down roles she fears could make Liam Hemsworth jealous.
The 19-year-old actress always tries to take her fiance's feelings into consideration when she gets offered work because she doesn't think any role is worth ruining a relationship over.
During an interview on 'On Air with Ryan Seacrest', she said: "I've turned down scripts, because I felt like it was things that not only make me feel uncomfortable, but I don't think any career is worth stressing out the person that you love the most or making them feel hurt. So, we both give each other boundaries."
She also revealed being engaged has helped her to feel more secure and now she doesn't worry about his on-screen romantic pairings.
She explained: "It's a thing, but it's not a thing. At this point we're engaged, like we're forever. I think if I was a girlfriend and all this stuff would happen I would feel like I need to show my ownership."
The couple got engaged in May but have insisted they are not in a rush to tie the knot.
Why Miley Cyrus Said NO To The X
Miley Cyrus turned down a judging role on 'The X Factor' because she didn't want to be a "dream crusher".
The 19-year-old singer was approached by Simon Cowell's team about joining the talent show as a panelist, but she rejected the role because she doesn't believe she would have been able to criticize the contestants' singing even if they sounded like "nails on a chalkboard".
She said: "I just don't know if I want to be some dream crusher.
"Would you really want to sit there as someone is belting their heart out - even if it is like hearing nails on a chalkboard - and then say to them, 'You suck?' "
She is quoted as saying: "I have no filter, so I would be scared I would say something and they would go home and say, 'Miley Cyrus ruined my dreams'. It seems harsh."

Miley Cyrus Accused Of Punching Some Dude
Miley Cyrus allegedly struck a man in the face during an altercation on Saturday night.
The 'LOL' actress was with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood when the victim claims he and a friend accidentally bumped into the Australian actor's chair.
According to TMZ.com, the man says Liam then got into his face and Miley jumped up to defend her partner, but struck the victim in the face in the process.
However, there were no visible injuries and one witness claims she did not throw a punch.
The victim filed a police report on Sunday morning with the Los Angeles Police Department.
The report is the latest in a hectic weekend for the 'Can't Be Tamed' singer, who saw a 40-year-old man who claimed to be married to her arrested at her home in Los Angeles.
Jason Luis Rivera, who claims to have been friends with the 19-year-old singer for five years, scaled a fence at the blonde beauty's gated mansion in Los Angeles, where he turned up with a pair of black and green scissors.
He started banging on the door and then hid in bushes in the garden when police officers arrived at the scene.
Police soon realized where Rivera was hiding when he started lighting candles and they threatened to taser him if he did not come out with his hands up.
As he was led away by officials, a local TV station heard him telling officers: "I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am."
