Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s divorce turns nasty

Ashton Kutcher's divorce from Demi Moore has reportedly turned nasty.

The estranged couple - who separated last November after six years of marriage following the 'Two And A Half Men' star's affair with 22-year-old San Diego-based administrative assistant Sara Leal - are said to be locked in a bitter battle over their enormous fortune.

A source told The New York Post: "(They) are trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye. They still haven't reached an agreement over money, because Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage, but he doesn't want to pay a large settlement."



The 34-year-old actor - who is currently the highest paid star on TV and earns $700,000 per episode and is estimated to have banked $24 million since taking over the sitcom from Charlie Sheen - is worth $140 million, while Demi is worth $150 million.

Another source close to the pair said: "The discussion could boil over into a public court battle."

Ashton was previously said to be refusing to budge on the financial terms of their separation and how they should divide their assets.

A source said the actor is "so cheap" and is refusing to sign off on the paperwork so they can finally go their separate ways.

Ashton has already moved on from the actress and is reportedly living with his new girlfriend Mila Kunis, whom he has known for 14 years as they previously starred in the hit comedy series 'That 70s Show' together.

The former 'That '70s Show' stars have reportedly been dating but are also seeing other people.

The 'Ted' actress and the 'Two and a Half Men' actor were spotted riding around Hollywood on Ashton's motorcycle on June 17.

The screen stars were also spotted sharing meals several times during the spring and apparently took a three-day road trip getaway outside Los Angeles in late April - but are not an official couple.

A source told UsMagazine.com: "They're not exclusive, but they are hanging out and seeing where it's going."

For six years, 34-year-old Ashton was married to 49-year-old Demi Moore.

At the same time 28-year-old Mila was in a long-term relationship with 31-year-old actor Macaulay Culkin.

A second insider added: "They've been hot for each other for years. It stretches back to when they were friends on their show!"

Mila is still in touch with the marine she went on a date with last year.

The 'Black Swan' actress accepted an invitation sent by Sergeant Scott Moore of the Third Batallion, 2nd Marines to his Marine Corps Ball via YouTube in late 2011, and she admits they continue to speak on the phone occasionally.

She said: "We are still in contact. We email back and forth and spoke on the phone about a month ago!"

Courtney is going to have to be a good listener for it to work. Demi is reportedly sick to her stomach about Ashton's late night hookups with singer Rihanna, who is less than half Demi's age. ON TOP OF THAT, she is having issues moving along with the divorce. In fact, she's stalling!
