Madonna is reportedly at the center of a sex tape scandal.

A cameraman claims to have a video of Madonna and baseball player Alex
Rodriguez romping on a sofa.

He is trying to sell the tape - allegedly shot with a hidden camera in an
apartment owned by a friend of the cameraman which was used by the couple
for secret liaisons – for $2 million.

The unnamed owner of the tape claims he visited the property and hid a
camera, pointed at the sofa which captured the X-rated footage two months
ago.



A legal source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper that the implications of
the secret filming could be dire for the cameraman, saying: “If footage was
obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. But more
than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera
and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it.



“He would be guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going
to jail for a few years.”

Madonna, 49, has vehemently denied rumors she has been having an affair
with baseball player Alex – nicknamed A-Rod – and has repeatedly denied
reports of a rift in her marriage to Guy Ritchie.

Madonna’s lawyers are “aware” of the sex tape claims, but have refused to
comment further.

Meanwhile, Madonna has reportedly rearranged her forthcoming ‘Sticky and
Sweet’ world tour so she can attend the premiere of Guy’s new movie
‘RocknRolla’ and his 40th birthday party on September 10th.

Madonna Doesn’t Want Guy Moving to NYC

Madonna has reportedly refused to let husband Guy Ritchie move to New York.

The 'Give It 2 Me' singer is said to have turned down the British director's
plea to leave their London home and be with her in the US, saying she still
wants to end the marriage.

According to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, Madonna allegedly said: "You're
not coming. I still want a divorce. Stay in London."

However, the 49-year-old singer's publicist Liz Rosenberg has strongly
denied the rumor.

She said: "This conversation never took place between Madonna and Guy. There's
no break-up or divorce plan and they live together when work allows them
to."




A source claims Guy's proposal was a last chance attempt to save his
marriage. It is believed he will now remain at the couple's London home or
1,200-acre Wiltshire estate.

The pop superstar has allegedly bought another apartment in New York in her
maiden name and is renovating it to accommodate children Lourdes, 11, Rocco,
seven, and adopted son David, two.

The source said: "Guy did a lot of soul-searching after Madonna asked him
for a divorce and thought he may be able to salvage the situation by
agreeing to leave London full-time for the Big Apple.

"He knew it was a long shot but he will do anything to keep the family
together. Yet no sooner had he told her than she said it wasn't an option
any more.

"It's all very sad but Guy is now resigned to them living apart."

Rocker Lenny Kravitz says it's not his fault A-Rod is out at home.

The "Let Love Rule" singer, in a statement released Thursday morning, said he's letting the Yankee slugger's estranged wife stay at his place in Paris - but simply as a friend.

"There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself," Kravitz said. "This is unequivocally 100 percent not true."

Kravitz said references to him as an adulterer were "extremely hurtful," adding that Cynthia came to stay at his home "to escape from everything happening in New York City."

Cynthia brought along her daughter's godfather and his family for moral support as her 5-year marriage to Alex Rodriguez crumbled.

The Daily News reported today that Cynthia dumped the future Hall of Famer after three months of problems in their marriage.

Word of the breakup comes one day after widespread reports that the Bombers' $275 million cleanup hitter has been rounding the bases with pop icon Madonna - and team owner Hank Steinbrenner blamed recent poor play on "outside distractions."
