Matthew McConaughey Is An Assless Chaps Designer

So, have you heard the latest about Matthew McConaughey and his new Steven Soderbergh male stripper movie?

No, he wasn't playing bongos naked again, but has revealed a fashion tidbot about his upcoming film Magic Mike. He designed his own assless chaps. YES. You read it right kids. At the premiere of his new flick Bernie last night, Vulture asked MM to discuss his character and wardrobe, reacting on a tip that McConaughey spends a few scenes in assless chaps. Matthew laughed and said: "You got to go check it out in a theater and find out, man."

He added: "I did design some special pants."

As for his relationship with co-star Channing Tatum: "Channing and I met early on and went by one male revue strip club in New Orleans and I was there for about an hour, and that was enough."

"For me, that character in Magic Mike was a combination of Clockwork Orange and Jim Morrison. So I'll leave it at that."
