Catwoman Gives The Best Advice
Original Catwoman actress Julie Newmar has a new self-help book for us mortals here on Earth.

“My father was a football coach, and the first thing I heard in the morning was ‘up and at ’em!’ So this is what I call MY ‘up and at ’em book!’ ” Julie declared in an exclusive ENQUIRER interview.
The 78-year-old beauty – best known as the slinky feline villainess on TV’s “Batman” – is the proud author of “The Conscious Catwoman Explains Life on Earth.”
It features informational tidbits, inspirational thoughts and practical advice for daily living she has collected over her lifetime.
“The idea grew inside me over the years,” said the still-vibrant actress. “I’d make little notes to myself and leave them around the house. I finally decided to do something with them.”
The former model and dancer, who turned heads in the film “Lil’ Abner” and was Robert Cummings’ “My Living Doll” on TV, said she set out “trying to create that perfect little ‘how-to’ book to place on the bedside table to empower others to be the very best they can be.
Among the witty observations and sage advice gorgeous Julie includes are:
“Responsibility is the home base of great women and men. Lack of responsibility lands you in the hospital, the poor house, or with ‘friends’ who want to hurt you.”
"Forgive yourself first. You’ll have reserves when you want others to forgive you.”
“Words, thoughts, eventually have a life of their own. Never say something you don’t want to be true.”
“They’re little ideas that you can put on your refrigerator or your mirror to remind you to get with it or shape up,” Julie suggested.
