Paris and Nicky Hilton’s New Year’s Bash

Paris Hilton and slutty sister Nicky partied up LAX in Las Vegas for an awesome New Year's Eve party. Paris said her resolutions for 2008 include eating well and working out. How cliche.



Meanwhile Paris was spotted cozying up to Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The hotel heiress, who has become good friends with Britney after partying
with her several times this year, was seen laughing and joking with Kevin at
Las Vegas' LAX nightclub on Saturday.

A source said: "Kevin and Paris were having fun. He kept shouting out her
name and gave her a kiss on the cheek and then whispered something in her
ear. It looked as though they were getting quite friendly."



Britney was reportedly furious after seeing photographs of Paris and Kevin
together over the weekend.

This isn't the first time Britney has felt betrayed by one of her friends
recently.

Lindsay Lohan is said to have upset the 'Toxic' singer by dating Britney's
ex-lover music producer J.R. Rotem.

Although Kevin seemed to be enjoying himself with Paris, he was left
red-faced after deciding to grab a microphone and rap to the crowd.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com: "Kevin tried his best, but all he did
was spew a loud, heaping load of annoyance. Club goers were fleeing for the
exit once he started."

Meanwhile, Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has revealed he is determined
to depose Britney in the New Year.



Kaplan said: "Britney Spears will have her deposition early this year. We've
got a lot to talk about. Kevin isn't interested, nor am I, in punishing her.

We just want to get information necessary to proceed further

Britney missed a scheduled deposition in December over the custody of the
couple's two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, after claiming she was
ill.

Kaplan also said Kevin had a "happy" Christmas with Sean Preston and Jayden
James, his ex-lover Shar Jackson and their two children Kori and Kaleb.

Kaplan added to People magazine: "It was a good Christmas for all. They were
great. Kevin had all of his kids and it was a big, wonderful family setting.

He was really happy, and the kids were happy."

Paris and Nicky Hilton Do Tokyo

Paris Hilton may not be ready for her planned charity work in Rwanda, but she was up for judging a beauty contest in Tokyo.

Hilton, 26, and her younger sister, Nicky, each chose one finalist for the Miss Universe Japan contest. A dozen or so more will be selected next month.

"I love Tokyo," Hilton said Tuesday. "The shopping is great."

Nicky Hilton isn’t Paris Hilton’s Shadow

According to Star, insiders says Nicky Hilton is fed up with the treatment Paris has received from family and media since being released from prison.

“Nicky’s fed up,” says a source close to the heiress sisters. “She’s sort of lived in Paris ’ shadow her whole life, but seeing Paris treated like a coddled baby just because she was sent to prison is too much.”

“Nicky’s never been rewarded for being responsible,” a source says. While Paris is famous for partying and being famous, Nicky designs her own clothing line, Chick by Nicky Hilton. So when Kathy announced plans to throw Paris, 26, a homecoming gala and ordered Nicky to cut short a Greek vacation with beau David Katzenberg to attend – the younger Hilton wasn’t thrilled, says a source. “Nicky griped to her mother about how she always plays favorites with Paris , and that throwing a party for breaking the law wasn’t the best thing to do.”

Nicky went home to greet her newly sprung sib and put in an appearance at Paris ’ Fourth of July beach bash in Malibu . But witnesses report that she left the party early and looked “glum.”

Strangely Paris seems unfazed by the whole sister-sister squabble. “She doesn’t get why Nicky is annoyed with her, but she has a short attention span,” says a source.

“People have been asking her if she’s been spending time with Nicky, and Paris just says, ‘Whatever – Nicky is doing her own thing!’”

A rep for the duo denies any animosity between them.



Meanwhile Paris has resorted back to her partying ways after smoking marijuana outside a Los Angeles nightclub.

The hotel heiress - who told US chat show host Larry King in a recent interview she had never taken drugs - climbed out of an SUV car in front of trendy Hollywood hangout Teddy's in what witness described as a cloud of marijuana smoke.

One fellow clubber told the New York Post newspaper: "She took a huge puff off of a joint, then opened the door and exhaled the pot smoke basically in my face."

A representative for Paris - who was released from prison two weeks ago after serving 23 days for driving with a suspended licence - has so far refused to comment on the allegations.
