Buying Ke$ha’s Album Would Help Pay Her Bills
In a bid to increase sales for her latest album, Warrior, Ke$ha is promoting some sexy photoshopped pics to con you into buying her latest masterpiece. But will it work?
Ke$ha made bra and other stuff out of fans’ teeth
Ke$ha made a bra out of her fans' teeth.
The 'Die Young' singer recently asked her followers to send her a tooth each and after receiving over 1,000 canines, she decided to create a bra, headdress and earrings out of them.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I asked for them to send me their teeth and I got, like, over 1000 human teeth.
"I made it into a bra top, and a headdress, and earrings, and necklaces. I've worn it out!"
Ke$ha - who releases her second album 'Warrior' on November 30 - loves feeling a connection with her fans and if she's ever feeling down, she arranges to meet one of them as it makes her realize why she does everything.
She said: "I love them! I call them my family, my animals. This whole record is for them. The book is for them. The title of my 'Warrior' was inspired by hearing their stories. Anytime I ever get, like ... you know, haven't slept for three days and get exhausted, I meet one of my fanbase and you realize it's worth it just for them. It's all for them. A lot of people have said my music helps them through something. I've heard some experiences of online bullying, or a break-up, or even just a work out. And I love hearing that. It all feels totally worth it."
Ke$ha Won’t Be Killing Animals
Ke$ha is creating her own faux fur fashion line.
The cutie pie entertainer says she has nothing against celebrities like Lady Gaga or Jennifer Lopez who wear real fur, but she would never wear it herself and thought it was a "no-brainer" to start her own collection.
Ke$ha told The Sun newspaper: "I don't condemn people for their choices but my own personal choice is that if prefer to wear fake fur. I'm actually working on my own fake fur line. There are so many options that are very real-feeling and looking that aren't harming the animal, so it's a no-brainer for me."
The animal lover - who cries when she hits the road and has to say goodbye to her cat Mr Peep$ - is proud to have been named the Humane Society International's first ever Global Ambassador and has vowed to continue to support animal rights with her fashion choices.
She enthused: "It meant so, so much as I've always loved animals since I was little. I just feel super connected to them. The most enlightening thing I can do is be around animals. I just love them, my heart melts."
Ke$ha sent bloody knife by fan
Ke$ha was sent a bloody knife accompanied with a death threat by a deranged fan.
The 'Die Young' singer received the chilling package in the mail and although she tried to shrug it off she admits it did frighten her.
She told NME magazine: "What's the weirdest thing I've ever been sent? A bloody knife. One of my fans said if I wasn't his then I would be no one's and he would come and take me. I'm kind of scared he's going to make me into a lamp."
Ke$ha, 25, does not shy away from the weirder side of life and claims she once drank from a real human heart during a live performance in Australia.
She explained: "Yeah, that was real too. I did it on stage in Sydney. I think I was hanging out with Alice Cooper too much. I was really inspired. There wasn't any good reason behind it."
The singer's management try and get her to tone down her behavior when she gets too crazy, but she doesn't see it as a big deal when she does things like urinating in the street.
The pop star - who releases her new album 'Warrior' later this month - added: "I got into a lot of trouble with my management for tweeting a picture of me peeing, because I pee on everything. It's not a big deal, it's not like I was pooping."
Ke$ha Tattooed Fun On Her Foot
Ke$ha marked her 25th birthday party by getting a tattoo.
She had such a good time celebrating her big day in March that she persuaded a tattoo artist friend to etch the word 'fun' onto her foot so she wouldn't forget the festivities.
The singer told Vibe magazine: "I had a birthday party downtown with a tattoo artist, free booze, and a photo booth. And it was the funnest party ever. Everyone I love was there. I ended the night jumping on a mini-trampoline. So I got the tattoo artist like, 'I need you to commemorate this night with the word fun on my feet.' He was like, 'Really?' And I was like, 'Yeah. Do it.' "
In September 2011, Kesha - who was named the Humane Society's first-ever Global Ambassador for the animals - secretly made a trip to the Galapagos Islands, Australia, and South Africa to improve her own awareness of animal rights and had an unforgettable experience.
She recalled: "I went swimming with whales in the middle of nowhere, it was like naked boat ladies swimming with baby whales for a week.
"Then I was rehabilitating baby lions who were like p**sing in my tent, and I was feeding them with a bottle, because their parents orphaned them and they're trying to rehabilitate these other lions that were kept in captivity."
