Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that one of David Hasselhoff's daughters tried to commit suicide Sunday night.

It happened in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, at around 6:30 p.m. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ David called 911 from his home and reported that his 14-year-old daughter had "cut herself."'

David Hasselhoff and estranged wife Pamela Bach have been going through a bitter divorce and custody fight. Hasselhoff had been accused of brutalizing Pam, restraining orders were issued, but many of the issues seem to have been resolved.

THIS JUST IN: Perez Hilton is reporting that the phone call hasselholf made was fake! His ex says that their daughter was scratched by the cat annd never tried to kill herself. This was just an attempt to make his ex seem like a bad mother.
  If that is the case, he should be ashamed of himself for harming his daughter like this in order to get revenge.

i don’t care ow cheesy or drunk the Hoff might be…that’s got to be so scary to think your child might be so unhappy she would harm herself. poor girl.

and i don’t buy that cat scratch shit for a second. my cat has scratched the hell outta me before, usually during a bath, to the point where i looked like i’d been in a big ass fight…but there’s no way anyone could confuse that with self-harm.

This divorce is pretty nasty so you don’t know who to believe on what really happened with the daughter. Her life has got to be sh*t with an egotistical cheeseball for a dad. Whether or not this is true about the suicide attempt she still needs to get some therapy just for being exposed to such dramatic bullsh*t from her psycho parents and I am sure she gets teased very badly for having the Hoff as a dad. I hope the kid is okay.

Oh, I totally agree with ya, Gambitgirl. How could you confuse a cat scratch with a suicide attempt? Not possible. I have 2 kittens and they have f*cked me up and it did not look like I hurt myself. It looked like a friggin cat scratch.
