Former 'Baywatch' babe Donna D'Errico has filed for divorce from Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx after 9 years of marriage.

D'Errico is claiming irreconcilable differences and is seeking physical custody of their 5 year-old daughter Frankie-Jean and her 13 year-old son Rhyan from a previous relationship. D'Errico is requesting that the court give joint legal custody with child visitation to Sixx, and that spousal support and attorney fees be paid by Sixx as well. Court documents via TMZ

Are hollywood marriages aren’t meant to last anymore? This is ridiculous!!

I thought they had been married longer than that. Oh well, seems the “rockers” can’t keep their wives.  Go figure.

But then again, he is a rock star and we know how they are, so what did she expect?

1. divorce seems to be celebrated more than marriage.
2. i would never date a rocker only because of the extra crap that comes with them on the road, even if he is the nicest person i don’t care.
3. if she filed for divorce then why don’t she pay spousal support. If he cheated then ok, but why is it always the guy paying for everything when the woman chose to get the divorce in the first place?
4. And that is a ugly playboy cover.

Is she incapeable of paying her own attorney?  Why is it his job to pay for everything?  And Im sure the only reason she wants full custody of the kids is for the $$$.  She knows she’s a has-been washed up actress that cant get work besides Lifetime movies thats why shes diggin in his fortune!

hahahaha very true.  And any woman who bares a coked out rockstars children should expect a drawn out custody battle down the road.

FYI - Spousal support can be requested by whichever party has a lower income. If she made more than him, he could request spousal support. (Remember, Chris Judd got a lump sum?) Obviously, since she has requested it, she doesn’t make more than him. It’s a pretty simple concept. Also, requesting that the other party pay attys fees is par for the course in any non-amicable divorce. Usually the judge does not grant it unless one party was clearly responsible for the dissolution of the marriage, but with 10 years of experience in this field, I can tell you it is pretty standard for an atty to request that the opposing party pay everyone’s attys fees. Usually, these requests don’t get granted by the judge anyway.
