THe best plastic surgeons arent neccessarily in LA. Because business is good there many plastic surgeons start their business there even though they might not be the best. I think that some of the AFTER pictures are not GOOD comparisons because they chose after pictures that were the LEAST flattering/ or when they are moving about. Some of the women do look bad with the injections BUT NOT ALL: KEIRA LOOKS GREAT afterwards, Jessica simpson would look great if she didnt but on so much greasy lip gloss, Elizabeth looks beautiful afterwards, and lisa looks the same before and after.

the only ones whose look good r kiera knightly’s, the others need to look up the word subtle.

If I had not seen Kiera’s ‘before’ pictures, I could’ve never thought she had something done to her lips! She looks better now though.

Lisa Rinna’s lips are definatly the grossest. The rest are just meh fake, well I guess Elizabeth Hurley’s are gross too, but not as gross as Lisa’s. Keira Knightley is the only one that looks good. But she was georgous to begin with.

I remember a time when fuller lips were considered gross. But not anymore i see. Keira’s lips are the only ones that look great. Everybody else just look nasty. Half of these women looked better before anyways.

The only ones on that group who don’t look like the Joker is Posh. To be honest, if I didn’t now know about her lips, I never would have guessed they had been “pumped up”.

I find it amazing that as much as Angelina’s lips get critizised, they’re the ones everybody wants! I even read in Allure magazine that the american plastic surgery org said that not only is her mouth, but her eye shape, her cheek/chin are the most requested by people seeking “a change”.

The only lips that look normal and not plumped up are Keira’s.Everyone else’s look really fake,especially elizabeth hurley’s and nicolette’s.

Apart from Keira, they’re abviously all delusional if they think their mouths look better now. 
I especially like the fact that Jessica’s bottom lip is a really odd shape LOL!
